Great location relative to town and Boone. Charming house, hosts made everything a breeze from booking to check-in to all the helpful labels in the home.
Overall it was a great great experience staying here. Everything was as listed with thoughtful extra things provided. Well stocked and labeled. Communication was great and prompt. The only issues where completely out of the home owners control. The pool was waiting on and inspection from the county. And a water issues with in the community. Both issues where still take care of promptly. And the owner provided remedies for both. Would recommend this house a friend.

About the host
Hosted by Charlotte Green
Hello! My name is Charlotte. I am from North Carolina. I am an elementary school art teacher who loves to travel.
Why they chose this property
When we saw this neighborhood I immediately knew it was "the one". The community has tennis courts, a pool, swings, a basketball court, a hiking trail, and a grassy area for to toss the football around. To top it off the views were stunning and the drive was easy. I knew this was the perfect spot for kids to run and play. The house is fantastic, but the community is unbeatable. This neighborhood is meant for making memories with family and friends.
What makes this property unique
Our home is located on a lost ski resort in the 70's and 80's. It is a mid century chalet that has been restored to it's former glory days of the 70's.
