This NEWLY REMODELED home is located in a quiet, OCEAN FRONT , residential neighborhood, walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and a short drive to a plentitude of activities and attractions to keep you busy during your stay. This property is situated in a Resort-like community with two pool, spa, tennis, pickle ball and private stairs, beach access to the Pacific Ocean below. Appointed with two boogie boards, a cooler, 4 lawn chairs and a pop up umbrella . Sleeps 6. Two Car Garage!
