This condo is recently renovated and has a rustic Tahoe feel along with super lake views. New appliances and gas fireplace for added warmth during a winter wonderland stay!!
Large TV in Living Room, Blu-ray in Master Bedroom.
Such a great Tahoe vacation at Brockway Springs Resort will make you realize that this is the best value around the lake!!
Pool is heated year round by the Hot Springs.
Close to the major ski resorts so you can take advantage of a day on the slopes and an evening of swimming and sauna at the pool area.

Kings Beach has fabulous restaurants, including Caliente which is right across the street. Breakfast is amazing at the Post Office in Carnelian Bay, as well as Garwoods (make sure you do Wet Woody Wednesdays).

I chose the neighborhood because you can walk out your door and be right in the heart of Kings Beach, an authentic Tahoe town with all the trimmings you want. Restaurants, beachfront, shopping!!

What makes this property unique

There is nowhere on the Lake with the kind of history our property has. From the turn of the last century it has evolved into an amazing spot with casinos back in the day. Our pier was once the entrance to the lake for many who came by train and were picked up by the postal steamer which stopped all around the lake. It was the best way to travel!! We actually have real HOT SPRINGS!!
