All rooms feature their own private bathrooms with floor to ceiling tile showers. Enjoy the luxury of having to living rooms one being located on the main level and the second being on the third floor that will have a full wet bar and refrigerator. Kick back and relax and watch your favorite sports teams on the two 85" Smart TVs.

The main floor features 1 Bedroom, half bath, oversized kitchen with dual refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers. It also boasts an oceanfront dining area with seating for 26 and a spacious living space with oversized picture windows to take in the gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The second floor has 5 bedrooms. Two rooms are oceanfront with single kings and direct porch access. The other three bedrooms are streetside with two having 2 queens each and one with a single king.

The third floor is home to a large living space oceanfront with an oversized wet bar and full fridge. This floor also has two bedrooms one with two kings and oceanfront and the other with two queens on the street side.

Each floor has access to a spacious balcony where you can sit and listen to the ocean waves roll in or watch the sunrise.

Outside features a large saltwater oceanfront pool with connected waterfall spa. After a day of playing in the ocean come back cool off with the entire family in this amazing luxury.

Guests have access to all areas of the home other than three closets that are used for personal items.

If there are any issues with cleaning or items in the house, please contact us immediately and we will remediate the situation as quickly as possible. We cannot assist if we are not made aware of any issues and our goal is to always take care of our guests and make sure they are comfortable.

There is parking for 8 Vehicles.

This is 100% non-smoking property inside and out. Fines of $250 will incur if remnants are found.

Elevator gives guests access to all floors in the home. The elevator is not used as a "toy". The elevator is provided for those who have difficulties with stairs and give guests the ease of getting luggage and groceries into the home during their stay. In the event that the elevator does breakdown it is very difficult to get the company out quickly so please be cautious while operating and follow all instructions.

We do not consider the pool to be "dirty" if there is sand or some debris. Being oceanfront, the wind does effect this. Pools are cleaned weekly. If there are any issues with the pool or spa we will address as quickly as possible.

We provide 20 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas for our guests along with pool towels. Please make sure to clean off and restore.
