The homeowner has decorated this coastal living home with a whimsical and fun beach motif. Comfortably furnished with all the amenities to provide you with a perfect vacation experience. The home boasts about it's three bedrooms and 2 full baths situated on the third floor with incredible views of the beach and ocean and features a direct oceanfront private balcony with comfortable seating overlooking one of the best locations in Crescent Beach section. Property walks straight onto the beach and offers lounge chairs, an onsite barbeque grill and picnic area right beside the second walkway to the beach offer guests an incredible view of the ocean, outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the beach, Shoreham Towers is within walking distance of the downtown area of Crescent Beach and is a short drive to Barefoot Landing and all the great destinations, shopping and dining that North Myrtle Beach has to offer!

THIS CONDO IS CLEANED BY THE OWNERS PERSONAL HOUSEKEEPER AND THIS IS THE ONLY UNIT THAT SHE CLEANS IN A DAY SO IT IS METICULOUSLY CLEAN FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

(This property does not allow boats, trailers nor motorcycles. You may ONLY park 2 vehicles as the driveway space is limited. PETS ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED. THE HOME IS ALSO NON-SMOKING AND SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. Spacious, great location, beautiful views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful views! 3rd floor corner unit was great! Efficient elevator; clean, well kept building.and grounds. Convenient parking and security. Unit was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was extremely well equipped and whole condo was extremely well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Balcony was very nice with comfortable furniture. Living room furniture was adequate but aging and partially blocked ocean view.

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It is beautiful, clean and close to food and entertainment. We would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing get away with a panoramic views

A great place to stay. Plenty of room for my family of 5. Would definitely stay again. Only thing I can say is I wish they had blackout curtains in all the bedrooms. Kids woke up early with all the light and it was hard for them to go to bed with the street lights.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautiful home away from home. The moment you walk into this condo it is warm and inviting. The view is spectacular, beautiful décor and you are a few steps from the beach. It is filled with all you will need and things you didn't think of (sewing kit, first aid kit, games, binder with suggestions for local restaurants, medical needs, etc). Great location near the main highway which has many restaurants, shopping and attractions. We highly recommend staying here!
