Bob has a quaint apartment in downtown Geneva, with a great location on the main street and close to the visitor center. The apartment was clean and well stocked, and has some cool antiques. Thanks for the great stay in the finger lakes!

We had a lovely girls weekend. The apartment was great. Very comfortable in a very cool historic building with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay again

Perfect homebase for exploring the northern finger Lakes region. Stay was within an hour of the finger Lakes region, including Rochester and Lake Ontario.

Great Space and Conveniently Located

Charming apartment in the lovely town of Geneva. It was perfect for our long holiday weekend visit and conveniently located to many wineries and places to hike. Communication with Bob was great.

Historical place in ideal location

Bob’s done a great job of restoring this gem. Place was clean and comfortable (even though the beds/couch were not our favs). The location was perfect, lots to do within walking distance as well as very short drives. Big aLICe Brewing was a lot of fun and dinner at Anorah is recommended!

We were in town for a wedding and this apartment was just what we needed. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and close to our wedding venue. Great weekend!

Great place

Great location right in the middle of town. Great location next to lots of local eateries and short drive to local wineries/ breweries. Walk to the lake. Decor in the apartment is cute! Nice to have two separate bedrooms. I could hear the noise from the streets the first night but I turned on the ac the second night an it easily drown out the noise so it was not a problem at all. Lovely stay would highly recommend!

Great amenities and location

Bob’s place was clean stylish. There were plenty of amenities including full kitchen and washer / dryer. We AirPlayed onto the TV but you could also have signed in with your accounts. Key code entry makes for easy check in. Bars and shops are right on your doorstep, as well as the lovely lake and state park. Rooftop deck has a great view of sunsets. The designated parking in the back is very helpful. It isn’t a problem for us, but for those with mobility considerations - there are two flights of narrow stairs to get up to the top floor of the building, and being an older building the floor is not level. There is a no-smoking policy, but the neighboring apartment had definitive cigarette / incense smell which did come up into our apartment, so we had the windows open most of the time. Other than that it really is a great place to stay.
