We've stayed in many VRBO's and this was one of the best!

Everything about this stay was great. The property was clean and as described. There are many areas for people to gather for eating, games, and cooking. The hosts supplied plenty of consumables like paper towels, TP, and coffee as well as shampoo and soap in each bathroom. Plenty of towels. The location was not hard to find, but there was a fair amount of traffic noise from nearby highways. Other than that this should be at the top of your list for a great spacious family home with thoughtful design and considerate hosts!

This home has everything, you could possibly want or need for your family, or group to stayComfortably. Steve was absolutely amazing to work with and very quick to respond. The house is beautiful! The kitchen is over them top with a huge island and gourmet cooking range! 5 very very nice bedrooms! And the master suite is like being in a 5 star hotel! It even has a small reading nook/baby room with a beautiful baby bed and kids books, just like home, All the beds were amazingly comfortable! The grill outside was very well equipped and so was the kitchen. We had a family dinner for 19 and had plenty of dishes for everyone! Laundry area is so nice, with very high end washer did dryer! Gaming area with seating is so fun with hundreds of games for adults and kids! Nut to mention the cool standup gaming machines! So cool! My boys loved it! Location is great with easy access to anywhere in the Denver area. Checkin and checkout was so easy. When we come back to this area anytime, I will not hesitate to stay HERE if it is available! THANK YOU STEVE for being such an amazingHost!

Fantastic and spacious home with extras

This property is a gem! The house is spacious and open, very nicely decorated and comfortable, and so great for extended family and friends to gather while also allowing privacy in the bedrooms. We stayed with five children and grandparents, and the primary bedroom allowed the grandparents space to relax away from the chaos when needed. The communal spaces are beautiful, functional and relaxing. The background isn’t done yet, but it’s large and surely will be wonderful when it is complete. Despite it currently being in progress, we enjoyed sitting back there and our dog and children loved playing on the hill. We even saw some wildlife! Steve is a fantastic owner! He is responsive and kind and has been thoughtful to include extras in this rental that we haven’t seen in others. If this place is available, book it!

Excellent Stay / Beautiful Home

We had 8 adults (ranging in age from 30 to 80) and 1 toddler spending Christmas in the Denver area and this house was perfect for our needs. A giant dining table where we could have meals together and a stunning “chef’s” kitchen with ample room for several to be prepping and cooking at the same time. The fancy stove/oven and dishwasher took some getting used to, but the hosts included QR codes on them to easily look up how to operate. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of bowls, plates, glasses, mugs, and flatware, as well as multiple skillets, pots, pans, baking sheets, and more. All but one bedroom had King beds which was really nice. And the bonus “nursery” was perfect for our 2 year old grandbaby. She loved having “her” room to escape to when she needed a break from a bunch of loud adults. Having 2 living areas and a game “nook” was really nice as well. The location was great. Close to amenities and a short drive to museums and downtown for activities (keep in mind we’re from Texas, so a 20 minute drive is “short” in our world). The photographs shown in the listing are accurate and the hosts were responsive…although we never really needed anything. All in all a great stay.
