This lovely 5 bed, 3/2 bath home on a quiet street completed a pop-top remodel in 2022 that has changed the layout and function to something today’s renters will love, while remaining in a peaceful, well-established neighborhood with great access to everything! We love this neighborhood for how peaceful and quiet it is. We also love our neighbors as we have good relationships with both of them! Westminster is also a perfect in between as our home is centrally located to Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and the Rocky Mountains.
