This four level townhome features an oversized two car garage with space to store your ski gear or winter equipment. The open living area includes a beautiful fireplace and TV area for entertainment, a gourmet kitchen fully-equipped with kitchenware, dining area, and a secondary bedroom with a workstation. The second level has a beautiful spacious master bedroom with a king bed, shower and walk-in closet and a second guest bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. This level also includes a laundry room. The top level features an enclosed penthouse space with a queen sofa bed sleeper, TV, wet bar and half bathroom. Lastly, enjoy a view of Buffalo Mountain from the heated rooftop deck. Unfortunately, due to HOA guidelines, we are unable to accommodate pets. No exceptions will be made and additional damage and cleaning will be applied if evidence of pets.

The property has ceiling fans but as many locations in Summit County, there is no air conditioning in the unit given the colder temperatures in the Mountains. The unit is equipped with ceiling fans in each room to keep you cool & comfortable.
