This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A and comes with 12 amenity wristbands which are required for all children 5+. Your rental will come with 4 bicycles and a four-seater golf cart.

Located in Phase II of Watercolor, this home offers the ultimate in indoor and outdoor living featuring 4 Bedrooms and 4 baths, and almost 1,000 square feet of balconies and screened porches. This home borders a natural preserve and features a large private pool (heating available). The main floor features a two-story foyer leading to a huge open living room, dining room and kitchen that flows to a huge screen porch overlooking the oversized pool and preserve area behind the house. There's also a queen bedroom with shared bathroom, washer and dryer and a wet bar area. The second floor features a king-sized bedroom with private bath, a bunk room with 4 twin beds and private bath and a king size master suite with sitting area and spa tub. Just off the master suite is another large screen porch with hammock and seating area.

Did Not Disappoint

Amazing stay! Check-in was easy, and the little problems we did experience (e.g. pool wasn’t heated upon arrival) were fixed immediately. The house was clean, property management was on top of it, and honestly we plan on booking again this summer!
