Located in the beautiful resort of Waikoloa Beach near Marriot and the Hilton hotel in the Kohala Coast is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms along with a 2nd level loft that can serve as the 3rd bedroom if necessary. The condo overlooks the main pool, Queens Market and offers a peak a boo look into A-Bay, but yet is far enough away for quiet enjoyment of a morning and or afternoon at home and affords all the comfort and roominess of a larger unit. With King bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and then a king bed located in the loft, this condo can comfortably sleep six. Complete with wi-fi, four flat screen televisions, DVD players, and iDocks in each bedroom along with the living room area. The main living area features a 47' flat screen smart TV along with Blue-Ray player and wifi connection to your own subscribed Netflix and or other preferred online services.

With its own barbecue on the lanai, you can BBQ dinner while either watching the children swim down below at the pool or enjoying a beautiful sunset on the lanai. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and all the tools you need to prepare all your meals. You will find that this condo affords all the comforts of home with the added advantage of being surrounded in Paradise!

Nicely furnished with a great furniture, bedding, towels, service for 6 in dinnerware, flatware, etc., with each item carefully chosen to for your ultimate enjoyment. The loft affords a comfy hideaway for children, teens and or adults, with the large sofa layout with TV as well as the King bed that can sleep two more guest very comfortably. All linens provided in the loft are conveniently provided for in a storage trunk that doubles as a coffee table for self-contained convenience. Additionally the unit features a stack-able washer/dryer in closet near the kitchen area for all necessary cleaning of clothing and towels during your stay. The open floor plan is perfectly located for enjoying the pool and spa as well as its convenient walking distance location to either the Queens and Kings Markets, with all of there amenities and or to major attractions an hotels such as the Marriott and Hilton

Just 20 minutes from Kona International Airport, Waikoloa Beach Resort is surrounded by the beautiful beaches of 'Anaeho'omalu Bay where you can soak in the sun and enjoy a variety of ocean activities including snorkeling, sailing, and scuba diving! The King's Shops and newly opened Queen's Marketplace provide premier shopping that includes everything from high-end boutiques and one-of-a-kind jewelry to art galleries and activity centers to designer wear and spectacular gifts. Several dining facilities and upscale restaurants round out the area within the Kings Shops and Queen's Marketplace and include, Roy's Waikoloa Bar and Grill, Merriman's Cafe, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Charley's Thai Cuisine, Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar. The Queens Market brings a brand new gourmet marketplace enabling great meals and wine while in the comfort of your condominium. Also at the Queens Shopping center is the Food Court with many other fine places to eat such as Subway, Lemongrass, Ippys, Hawaiian Fish and Chips Paradise Pizza and Grill, Dairy Queen, Marble Slab Creamery and yes there is even a Starbucks!!! If you are up to it, you can take1/2 mile walk to the Marriott or a longer 1 mile walk to the Hilton to enjoy ocean front dining at either hotel or see the dolphins a that Hilton in the morning. Across from the Hilton is Tropics Ale House, a restaurant featuring a local menu along with great island brews and plenty of seating for large or small parties or to catch up on your local sports team or you and your guest can enjoy the Lava Lava club for dining on the beach at A-Bay or have a island cocktail at sunset.

if you choose, you can simply just enjoy the serenity of A-Bay while at the condo or several of the Islands wonderful beaches. There are many beaches to choose from and the condo does offer a guide book for you to choose, some of the favorites of the locals are Pines and Makuna Bay to the south of the condo or towards the airport or you can head north from the condo and enjoy the pristine white sands of Hapuna Beach, or the rocks, trees, and safe entry spots of nearby 'Beach 69' (at mile marker 69).

The villa is equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach. (Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler etc.)

Please also note that their is an administration fee for all credit card transactions and you can view those fees on my rental contract that is uploaded to this listing. To view the rental agreement you will need to download the rental agreement as you try to book the property online on the payment page. The contract will then download to your computer for review and you can review terms of the agreement. So, if you reserve online, you will need to book the house via credit card for the security deposit and then by e/check to avoid any fees for rental payment by credit card for the final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival date.

Why Gunnar Bredek chose Waikoloa Village

My family choose this location due to its serenity and proxiamity to all things hawaii. After first visiting this complex in 2007, we found that year after year we keep compaing our visits to the other islands to the Big Island and the Big Island experience hands down was always the best one for us. So we decided to purchase our Condo in February 2011 and have no regrets doing it. We love our Condo and Waikoloa and can't wait to get back there each time we leave.

What makes this condo unique

There are some many to describe. We love going to A-Bay for peaceful walks to view the many turles and to enjoy the bay. We paddle board and kayak and you can find both these items available for rent right out of the Marriot at Ocean Sports. We enjoy the many snorkilng areas around Kona and the restaurants with their fabulous views. But what we enjoy the most is swimming in the pool at the end of another wonderful day at the beach and grilling dinner on the lanai watching the sunset over A-Bay.

Fantastic location!

Loved this condo and its location. Everything you could ever need is contained in the unit or garage for your use during your stay. Across the street from shops....and Starbucks! The complex grounds and pool are beautiful and well maintained. We would come back again to this property. Beds and furnishings are extremely comfortable and the decor is lovely. Thank you for such a beautiful "home base" while on the Big Island. P.S. The Lava Lava Beach Club for appies (Parmesan Lava Tots) , mai tais and sunset was a favorite spot.

Comfortable and convenient

Stayed 2 weeks with 3 adults and 3 kids. The condo is very comfortable (especially the beds), well stocked with plenty of towels and cooking essentials and has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The air conditioning was a blessing on a couple of hot muggy days but with the sliding door and kitchen window open the breeze kept it very comfortable without a/c. The units are well insulated and we never heard any noise from adjoining units, a problem we have had at other condos. Other than mold in the bottom of the freezer the unit was very clean and it was ready when we arrived at 3.

Wonderful location!

We had a great time and the condo was perfect for us! Close to both shopping and dining areas. Also close to all our favorite beaches. It is located close to the main road but once inside the condo you can't hear a thing. We enjoyed bbqing on the lanai that overlooked the pool. We will definitely be back!

COULD BE ENJOYABLE .....

1. condo was not ready @ 3pm

2. No propane, and smart aleck remark made... " just because your from Texas doesn't mean you know everything about grills" . If propane bottles were full as Amy said why did they have to bring replacement bottle?

3. There's no trash basket in 2nd bath

4. Amy says there were two extra rolls of tissue in each bath... there was not.

5. Water lukewarm

6. You asked us to remove our shoes, the carpet is far from clean!

7. We left a note on tv credenza in the dust!

8. We had to park at gate EVERY night

9. Ants in master bedroom and lanai

10. Towels smelled soured ... no doubt the load we put on to wash will be soured by the time Amy gets to the condo Monday...

11. Plates and flatware had crusty yuck on them.

12. CORNER POST on bannister (second flight) is very loose

13. light in closet is dangling from socket (master bath)

Owner was not helpful, nor was his designated agent .... beautiful place, but needs attention ...

Great Vacation!

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Waikoloa. The unit was in a great location, convenient to shops and beach, and well maintained with all the comforts of home including a outdoor lanai with built-in BBQ. We never received a parking pass. No big deal. Spoke to Gunnar and got one from the on-site manager. I would stay here again.
