A Gas Grill is Provided via the "Honor System"- Guest is Responsible for Cleaning upon Departure, Providing Propane Tank and Refills when Empty - Grill May Not be Moved. Ocean-Side Covered Porches on First & Second Levels and Pool-Side Covered Porch on First Level. Exterior Shower and Paved Parking with 2 Parking Bays (3 Covered, 5-6 Total Spaces). Motorcycles are Not Allowed, Trailers are Allowed with Owner's Approval. 100% Non-Smoking Environment and Pets are Not Allowed. PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator (from Ground Level to 1st Floor Only), Wi-Fi Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Advanced Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. A small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan will be provided. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing clothes washing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature.

Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.

The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
