This was our first time to stay in a home with private pool. We really enjoyed it. The homeowner was very responsive. We had a minor issue with the back patio door not closing as the track broke, and they drove 4 hours the next morning to come and fix it. They were very friendly. The house was perfect. Comfy beds, spacious, beautiful pool, very clean. Kitchen very well stocked in anything we needed for our stay in the kitchen. Very short walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again in future if it is available when we go. Highly recommend!

Pool was not clean. Did not have any toilet paper. Bed sheets were dirty. Plates and pots where very dirty. had no trash bags so we had to buy some. no dish soap. charges a high cleaning fee but wants you to clean for them so they don’t complain. Charges your card at 5 in the morning!

Best stay ever

This was by far the best vacation home I've stayed in for years. It was very clean and close to so many restaurants and other shopping needs. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Great Group Get- Away

Our run club loved the location, ample space and heated pool! The beach was close. The pier was the perfect distance for biking and running to. We enjoyed local venues such as the sculpture gardens, and great restaurants and loved the heated pool option for the end of March! We would visit again

Surfside Beach 2023 family vacation

Property and location are terrific. Our family has stayed here before and we enjoy the location and layout. Some of the furniture and mattresses will need to be updated in the next year or two, but these are minor in relationship to our overall vacation experience. Will stay here again if available !!

2025 family vac .

The property was great , plenty of room for all , the 3 friges were plus . The pool was great also like the grill in the back yard. Only 130 steps to the beach acsess point Would stay there again .

This is a great location! Short walk to so much. Pool large great room for whole group. Kitchen set up perfect for food prep. Made breakfast a breeze. Love this place hope to go again!!!

Enjoyable stay, house was very good size for 7 adults, 7 children. Private pool was wonderful. Easy walk to beach. Perfect house tor a family vacation. Bring extra kitchen towels, only one was provided.

Another enjoyable vacation

This was our second time staying at this location. Everything was clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool. My only negative comment was that the mattresses were too soft for most of my family. We would definitely book again to stay here.

Great location

Quiet neighborhood, only steps from beach. Property is very easy to find and is close to grocery store & restaurants. Beds are softer than we have at home but very comfortable. Option to heat the pool was great as we had some chilly days during our stay. Issues we experienced were resolved quickly. Would stay here again!

Great family place

We had a great stay here! House was as described and more! Enjoyed cooking in this kitchen, had a very nice set up There was a lot of seating for eating family meals together in the large open concept and for playing games in the evening. Really appreciated the extra beverage fridge under the counter! Loved the pool area and seating inside to pool for our older guests to enjoy while the kids splashed around! Will recommend and we hope to stay here again!

Home is so close to the ocean and has a lovely private pool. My four boys and their families had a great time. House is spacious, never felt like we were on top of each other. Kitchen was fully equipped, though old appliances. Plenty of refrigerator and freezer space. We loved it.
