An excellent guest suite with one main floor queen bedroom and a lower level garden apartment with an egress window (lots of natural light), a european shower (no walls), small kitchenette, and washer & dryer.
You`ll have access to the entire guest suite. Please note there is a second unit in the home with a long term tenant. This suite is completely private and separate, however you may occasionally hear the other people. The backyard is shared. Note that the main floor bedroom shares a wall with the kitchen of the other unit.
The Urbanist Magazine described the Baker neighborhood as Denver`s hippest new neighborhood. You are one block away from South Broadway and less than a mile from all that Sante Fe Art district has to offer. Within a couple of blocks there are shops, restaurants, bars, dispensaries, breweries, distilleries, coffee shops, pot shops, yoga, bowling, movies, and light grocery shopping.
