Our Condotel is located in Tradewinds Plaza # 309 on the 3rd floor and is bright and cool. Very clean room with remodeled sink, fresh paint and new bathroom sink.
The room has a queen bed and a double chair, plus air conditioner. The living room has a 43inch Cable TV, Wi-Fi set-top box, The bathroom is equipped with towels.
The kitchen is simple, refrigerator, microwave, mini ovens, electric kettles.

This room has a queen size bed, chair and air conditioning. There is also a 43-inch cable TV, Wi-Fi set-top box, and a bathroom with towels.
The kitchen is small, but there is a fridge, microwave, mini oven, electric kettle, and small tableware for simple cooking.
*The kitchen electrical cord is activated only by turning on the switch in front of the sink.
Please Be sure to turn off the air conditioner when going out.
★★ The air conditioner in Balcony and if it is full, please put it in the toilet bowl.
The kitchen electrical cord only works if you turn on the switch in front of the sink.
Guest access
You can park in the building, but parking in on a first come first serve basis, and you have to park on the first floor only or you mat park in one of the 3 spaces to the right of the garage as you face the building.
On very rare occasions if there's no parking space, park in the parking lot below:
