The Fraser Valley continues from Winter Park northward, encompassing many winter and summer activities. Cross the slight rise at Granby, and you continue north to the lake and town of Grand Lake, with its unique Western riff on Switzerland, and then onward to the western gateway for Rocky Mountain National Park.

About The Owner

We are a professional family from Iowa who has been coming to Winter Park for nearly two decades for outdoor activities.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2011

Why The Owner chose Winter Park

Our kids learned to ski in Montana, and we have skied many places across the West. Friends and great annual lift pass deals first brought us to Winter Park; we fell in love and have continued to come back.

As our children have grown, we decided to make Winter Park a permanent destination for family reunions and get-togethers. We are happy to share our home with you and hope to see many repeat visits!

What makes this townhome unique

We inspected nearly 50 properties across the Fraser Valley when looking to buy, and this unit had a unique combination of three benefits that caused us to name it the 'Hidden Gem of Winter Park':

Benefit #1 -- a great location, central to all area activities, and within walking distance to town, with free shuttle right there

Benefit #2 - despite this proximity, the Timber Lake development has privacy and beauty, with its conservation easement, pond and tasteful landscaping

Yearly Family Vacation at a Wonderful Home!

Our small extended family has only traveled on vacation together for the last two years. This beautiful home made us all feel connected thru the miles that separate us daily. It was wonderful to gather, share conversations, TV programs, meals, and go to bed under one roof. This house has EVERYTHING a family or group will ever need . Great location with access to many activities in Winter Park. We have done VRBO accommodations over the last 5-7 yrs in many states and this is the best yet! I would stay here again without a doubt. Ski Condo

Well kept, condo tucked in the hills just a short distance from town. Good floor plan, lots of space with quality furnishings. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Location in Fraser. Very close to Winter Park and an easy drive to Granby.

The property was beautiful and well cared for. Very Clean!!! The kitchen was stocked for almost everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. The hot tub was perfect after a day out on the slopes. This is a great place to stay if you are in the Winter Park area.

Luxurious, spacious and perfectly located

This was my Fourth trip to Winterpark and the first time I stayed in this home. This was by far the best VRBO home I've ever stayed in. The price was very reasonable. From the reservations to the day we left, the owner was expedient with communications and very friendly. The home is spacious and accommodated our party consisting for two adult couples and one 12 year old easily. All amenities were provided as well as many extras; Wifi, premium cable package, hot tub, games for the family, dart board, laundry room , crock pot, coffee maker , everything you can think of. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of personal affects. (Doesn't look like a rental at all !) you really feel like your staying at a friends house. I highly recommend this home and will be back next year
