We stayed for a couple nights over NH Feb vacation. It was great to find a place where we could take pour dog- thank you! The condo was cute with lots of sleeping options. Close to Waterville Valley but if you don’t ski, be sure to check out other activity options. The Covered Bridge restaurant is a MUST! The host is clearly off site, so I’m sure they’re not aware of everything… the condo had a weird odor when we got there (not sure if they had a cat maybe?). The contracted cleaning company could definitely do a better job. The kitchen & bathrooms were nicely updated and the kitchen was pretty stocked. We couldn’t figure out how to use the electric fireplace (no big deal) and would have loved more cozy options for relaxing at the condo. Swimming/activity center: be aware you get a pass for ONE adult with this rental. Other than that, adults are 10 & kids are 5 for every day you want to use the pool and/or activity center (arcade games, etc.). This wasn’t really clear and we were disappointed. Our complimentary pass was actually lost so we had to get a temp one from the desk while they figured it out with the owner. Staff at the desk were very understanding. Overall, we loved being able to bring our dog & each kiddo had their own room but we probably won’t be back.
