About the host
Hosted by Ryan Lawrence
I grew up in the Chicagoland area. I have two siblings, with whom I am very close with. I purchased my first house at 22 years old with my twin. This inspired an interest in real estate. I later became a Home Inspector at 24 years old. Which led up to my investment property. I'm a family man with two wonderful kids. I take pleasure in helping people with the process of purchasing their dream home and being a loving father and husband to my wife. I enjoy architecture, real estate, and nature. I am passionate with organization and cleanliness which led me to become a great host for the Honeycomb Home. Having the opportunity to allow others to enjoy a homestead family-orientated area away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life can be so rewarding.
Why they chose this property
It's like being tucked away in a cabin in the woods. You wake up and might catch deer running across the driveway while having your cup of coffee, yet your local shopping is about 5 minutes away. The tranquility of the stream as you stare out the windows just takes your mind to another place.
What makes this property unique
Well, the house is in the shape of an octagon! On a unique landscape with hills and a stream running across the southern exposure adjacent to a school forest. You can see this from the aerial photos!
