Located just blocks from downtown Boyne City this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home will make you feel like you're @ home. Lots of detail went into this home. The kids bedroom has toys, books and games. Two kings outfit the additional 2 bedrooms and one has an ensuite with cute pink art deco tile!
The outdoor firepit patio area is probably where you'll want to spend most of your time if you are home! Grill out and eat on this hardscape patio, soak in the HOT TUB! Fenced yard for pets

We live locally and can pop over if needed otherwise we are a phone call or text away.
Wonderful neighborhood. Blocks from the beach and downtown.
Avalanche preserve is just a block away- great mountain biking, hiking and overlook.
10 minutes to Boyne Mountain Ski Hill and Resort.
A car is necessary to get to the home. No Uber or other transportation in the area. But once at the house you can walk to town, beach, marina, and hiking hill.
Full access to the whole home and property.
The garage is only for storage at this time- no cars can be parked in here.
Ranch home with open living, dining and kitchen.
Down the hall you'll find the 3 bedrooms and a hall bath. The master bedroom has an attached bath too.

Fenced yard added for family friendly evenings as well as your pet!
