Located just blocks from downtown Boyne City this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home will make you feel like you're @ home. Lots of detail went into this home. The kids bedroom has toys, books and games. Two kings outfit the additional 2 bedrooms and one has an ensuite with cute pink art deco tile!
The outdoor firepit patio area is probably where you'll want to spend most of your time if you are home! Grill out and eat on this hardscape patio, soak in the HOT TUB! Fenced yard for pets
Short walk to town!

We live locally and can pop over if needed otherwise we are a phone call or text away.

Wonderful neighborhood. Blocks from the beach and downtown.
Avalanche preserve is just a block away- great mountain biking, hiking and overlook.
10 minutes to Boyne Mountain Ski Hill and Resort.

A car is necessary to get to the home. No Uber or other transportation in the area. But once at the house you can walk to town, beach, marina, and hiking hill.

Full access to the whole home and property.
The garage is only for storage at this time- no cars can be parked in here.

Ranch home with open living, dining and kitchen.
Down the hall you'll find the 3 bedrooms and a hall bath. The master bedroom has an attached bath too.

The outdoor firepit area is wonderful spot to enjoy. Hot tub added October 2024.

Fenced yard added for family friendly evenings as well as your pet!

Home was in a great location for Boyne. We skied while we were there and this was a great home base. Hot tub was clean and great after a long day on the slopes. Full kitchen and comfortable beds. Only thing we wish was supplied was beach towels for use of the hot tub… but nonetheless, the stay was great. Will be back again. Thank you!

The home was the perfect stop for a quick family getaway, with a fenced in yard for our elderly dog. It was well stocked with everything we needed including cookware, an ice cream scoop, coffee, board games, books, plenty of bath towels, linens, comfortable beds and furniture. It’s close drive to town, beaches, and the resort. Communication was quick and efficient. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend!
