Easy access to freeways and just minutes away from downtown, Busch Stadium, St. Louis Zoo and so many other St. Louis delights. We are just a few blocks from Carondelet Park, St. Louis' third largest park. Easy access to Carondelet’s boathouse, rec-center, pool, walking paths, tennis courts, ball fields, horseshoe pits and playgrounds.
No smoking. No parties. No additional visitors without approval from host. Any rule that is broken will be subject to a fine a up to $500 dollars.
