We enjoyed the stay and the couple who owned it were very nice and accommodating. We knew exactly what we were looking for...............a quiet retreat, nothing fancy. It served us very well. The little pool was clean and we loved New Port Richey with all the restaurants on the water.

Quiet and peaceful. Convenient to Pinellas County areas as well as Tampa. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is available.

Hostess was great, always quick to reply. But, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of this property. Upon arrival (in August) we noticed a strong, persistent musty odor throughout the home. This odor became a bit stronger whenever the a/c unit was running. Also, initial surface appearance was clean, but there were noticeable cobwebs in several rooms, the rugs clearly hadn't been shaken out in a long time (because we did it ourselves), and the floors around bed and toilet rarely cleaned, Also, the owners live directly upstairs, and we could clearly hear their footsteps and television (until 1:30am) each night . I hope the hostess addresses these issues for future travelers, but I cannot recommend this stay in its current condition.

thank for your feedback. we take cleanliness very seriously and work with a professional cleaning team to ensure our home meets high standards. we inspected the property right after you left and found no odors, cob webs etc. there are no cobwebs in the rooms i personally walk thru before next guests. though we will always use guest comments to stay vigilant, we appreciant you staying with us and wish you the best in your future travel.

clean but not great location, outside doesn't match images

Stayed for two days. People nice and check in fine and place very clean inside. The outside was not so nice (yard a bit cluttered) and the pool wasn't usable. Ceiling was thin, you could hear what was going on upstairs. Water was sulphury smelling. Doesn't get a whole lot of sunshine since the unit is under a deck.

So sorry we received alot of damage from Milton and I had major surgery. So still getting outside back. Pool should be ready next week
