Groveside Cottage in Heart of Town! Park & Walk

Welcome to Groveside Cottage on one of historic streets of St. Augustine! In 1920s Grove Avenue was the home of several families of cigar makers and two cigar manufacturing companies. This lovingly restored cottage offers modern comforts while maintaining the character and charm of a circa 1900 home. Out front is the coziest porch you will ever see - great for having morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening! The courtyard in the back is another outdoor space for our guests to enjoy the lovely weather. Park your car and start discovering all the wonderful things the neighborhood has to offer.

The highlights of the cottage:

- Open floor plan that features a sitting area with a sofa that faces a wall-mounted Smart TV that’s able to connect to your streaming accounts and a beautiful electric fireplace, providing a relaxing space to hang out.

- A fully-equipped kitchen that’s outfitted with the basics that you’d need to enjoy a meal at home, plus a dishwasher to make clean-ups fast and easy. We’ve also included a Keurig coffee maker to help you get your day started

- A kitchen island that can seat 5 comfortably for a sit-down meal

- 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom to accommodate 4 guests as such:
