The master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bath, plus two more bedrooms (One queen bed and one King) and another full bath. The fourth bedroom with a queen is off the living area with an Ocean view.Half bath off the kitchen area.

Additional sleeping is available with a pull-out in the living room.

Well furnished and well equipped with TVs, stereo and CD player, gas grill and hi-speed wireless internet. Note TV's are streaming.

The private pool features a sunbathing deck surrounded by palm trees.

There is no dockage for a boat at this location, but Grassy Key Marina has wet boat slips available for a fee located a few blocks away on the Bayside. Call them directly for a quote and availability.

Important Information for Florida Keys Beaches:

Please note Keys beaches are not like mainland Florida beaches. There is no surf; most of the time, you will only see small waves hitting the shore. The water is inaccessible from the land. If the water Tide is high, you can kayak and paddleboard from shore. If the Tide is low, there's no Ocean From the beach access.

Beaches in the Keys, just like beaches on the mainland, have seaweed that comes and goes. We make it a point to pick up garbage that might come ashore on the beach that is within reach, but we cannot control the seaweed as it comes ashore.

The beach here at this home is man made. If you stepped into the water, you're gonna find that there is sinking sand within a few yards of the shore. On high tide you can swim out to the Sandy turtle grass for snorkeling. The experience of wading to this area can be uncomfortable. It is best to kayak out a few yards. Water shoes are a must.

So why have a beach in the Florida Keys? Sitting and looking at the ocean from your private beach and watching the sea life swim by. Tarpon and bonefish frequent these flats, and you can see them tailing by. Porpoises swimming and breaching the surface, and maybe even a sting ray jumping out of the water and the ever-changing watercolor depending on wind and tide. A great sense of calmness will overtake you in this idyllic setting.
