Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom cottage nestled on the shores of Loon Pond! Perfectly blending creature comforts with rustic charm, this cozy retreat promises a memorable stay for small families.

The updated kitchen has all the essentials for whipping up delicious meals. Meanwhile, the built-in desk area offers a convenient spot for catching up on work or planning your next adventure.

The enclosed porch is the heart of our cottage, providing the ideal spot for unwinding with a good book, watching the sunset across the pond, or simply enjoying the company of loved ones. Step outside, and you'll discover a lovely sandy beach just steps away, complete with 50 feet of shallow waterfront for swimming, sunbathing, or simply relaxing by the water's edge.

In addition to the tranquility of Loon Pond, there's plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the numerous hiking and biking trails nearby, while family-friendly attractions such as mini-golf and ice cream parlors are within easy reach. You can also enjoy convenient dining options at nearby restaurants and experience the fun of U-Pick fruits at local farms.

A great getaway

Like a Cabin Masters redo! Great little cabin, nice waterfront. Grateful for the air conditioning on two really hot days (100), great furnishings and appliances. We had a great time.

Comfortable cottage with terrific water access

My husband and I had a wonderful long weekend. We really enjoyed the easy, flat access to the lake. He caught lots of fish and I enjoyed relaxing by the campfire.

Quaint Little Cottage

Beautiful little cottage, very clean, with everything that you need. The lake was quiet, we kayaked every day. We really enjoyed our short stay. Loved the call of the loons and even saw a bald eagle. Steve and Kate

location on lake; fire-pit; comfortable bed; well-stocked kitchen. - It smelled: musty/mothballs. We tried to air it out, smell lingered.Acrid odor in LR cabinet. Contents eaten, mouse droppings inside, strong stench. Drawer above had droppings too. Texted owner re: droppings/smell; toaster oven broken; showerhead leaked. Rodents ate cookies we brought with us too. Told her don’t worry about shower. She came over next day, brought new toaster, cleaned out btm cabinet. Smelled better. Drawer over cab still had rodent feces in it. She vacuumed it out, getting some droppings. Why leave drawer with droppings still in it? Claimed she couldn’t smell anything.We bought sprays to mask musty/MothBall(MB) odors & let her know. Stench strong on drapes near our BR door. We sprayed often. Found small pkg. on BR floor. Smelled strongly of MBs, so we tossed them. Assuming MBs, from odor, we texted owner & informed how dangerous MBs are, told her I had headaches when in cottage & they lessened when “MB-smelling pkt.” was gone. Texts went back & forth & crossed. She claimed pkt. was made of oils which repels pests. Didn’t help repel rodents here. We believed her assertion, but reading reviews of product’s link she sent (Motrapso rodent repellent on Amzn) many buyers said pkt. smelled of MBs, giving them headaches. Why put that in cottage? Told her we were not after reparations-just make better for next ppl. We kept pics & texts. Never got message from owner showing empathy/saying sorry.
