No furniture is to be moved either inside the house or from the patio inside. Please do not remove any art or mirrors from the walls.
The patio is not allowed to be used after 10 pm as the neighbors are close and I don't want them to be disturbed. Inside, no loud music after 10 pm.
Don't leave trash anywhere in the house except for in the trash cans provided in each room. All excess trash should be put in the garage trash cans.

A very lovely home. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. If anyone in your group is not able to walk uphill, you will need to take an Uber. We wish we could have stayed longer because there was plenty to see and do.

Perfect spot for a group

This was a fabulous place to stay. The owner had thought of everything and made it all so easy. Tons of room for sleeping and plenty of bathrooms for a large group. Also, great location for seeing many of the sights in SF, and a quiet neighborhood while still being in the middle of the city. The owner was incredible at communication and really made sure we were very well taken care of. I give my highest recommendation to this VRBO.

Thoroughly enjoyed this great space with our family. Lots of dining/coffee options within walking distance. It’s a dead end street so very quiet. Older house, but very comfortable, great wi-fi (for our remote worker kids). Very pleased!

Fantastic Place to stay

We had a wonderful trip staying at this property. Sharon was fantastic, communicated so well, and made this a great trip for us. We had several kids with us and the space was perfect. The top room with the ping pong table was just what they needed. The property is in a secluded side street and we felt very safe there. We also were able to fit the car into their garage. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting the San Fran area.

Host, location and size all excellent, but a tired property.

Host was excellent - very responsive. We enjoyed the property overall. The location was great and property size/layout great. General cleanliness was ok, but the property needs a deep clean (cupboards, carpets, rugs, doors, skirtings etc) and numerous smaller maintenance tasks need to be attended to, to bring this property up to standard.

Great Big place for larger groups

We were in town for a conference and instead of a hotel we use the occasion to catch up with each other. The house was excellent for this. Great facilities, clean and well maintained. Our conference was at Moscone, but since the MUNI is just a few minutes away it is very easy to get to Moscone. The perfect base for our stay and Sharon was easy and friendly to communicate with. 5 stars all over and we will be back for sure.

We are a group of business travelers that opted for a communal experience instead of hotels around Moscone. This home is AMAZING! The host was very communicative and kind. Comfortable spacious house

Spacious family house with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone (All 8 of us ). Lots of place to read or play. My grandchildren loved the third floor loft area with ping pong table. The house is on a quiet cul de sac but an easy walk to Castro area with nearby neighbourhood groceries and restaurants. We happened during an unusual heat wave but there were fans available for each bedroom. Hosts were very responsive to messages and questions. We would highly recommend this house.

Family Spring Break in San Francisco

Our multi-generation family loved staying in this home in the wonderful Castro neighborhood. It was easy for us to walk to restaurants and shops as well as get on the subway and buses for the public transportation system. Parking our cars was easy as long as we followed the city rules the owner provided for us. The home provided comfortable beds and great spaces for family time. The dining room table was big enough for our family to dine and play games. The outdoor space was great for grilling and enjoying the warmer spring temperatures. The top floor is an amazing space to enjoy a family night with ping pong, comfortable seating and lots of game, books and movie choices.

It is a comfortable house in a central but quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants that deliver in the area. Master bedroom is very large and comfortable. Third floor is a great place for kids to play and there are plenty of board games and kids stuff in the house as well as a fun selection of Dvds for them to watch. Kitchen is well equipped. Owner was very helpful planning our visit and especially when there was a power outage on the block and we could not get out car out of the garage. All in all we had a wonderful week in "our SF Holiday Home".

Perfect place for the whole family

My family stayed for a long weekend to attend a wedding and enjoyed Sharon’s home. The location was beautiful, felt safe, and was perfectly walkable to parks, shops and restaurants in the Castro neighborhood. There was plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out in the house too. Parking was slightly challenging, as we rented a large SUV that didn’t fit in the garage so had to pay for a parking permit, which was not a big deal for us because we only had to pay for one day. However, it could get pricey if staying multiple days during the week. If you rent a car, go for a small one that can fit in the garage. All in all it was a great stay for my family.

Perfect Home for San Fransisco Visit!

Sharon's home was a fabulous place to stay for our family visit to San Fransisco. It is well located, clean and beautifully furnished. We had a "mini" family reunion - everyone had their own, comfortable bed. Everything from the beautiful bathrooms to the large, well appointed kitchen was spotless and well maintained. The bathrooms and kitchen have heated tile floors. The living space has large windows that overlook a terraced green garden. Yummy towels and robes for everyone. It was a wonderful place for our family to gather and share good times and meals together. Sharon's attention to detail was quite evident in all areas of the home. Thanks! We had a wonderful time in a spectacular home.

Charming home, perfect location

We were lucky enough to have stayed in this beautiful home in the Castro for a week leading up to Easter. We had two young children in tow, so the bunk beds worked out perfectly, and the upstairs playroom was awesome, they had a ball. Also has two grandparents, so having a bedroom on the main floor with en suite was great. All of the bathrooms had heated floors (very luxurious), and the master bathroom was very large/spacious. We were walking distance from a tremendous number of restaurants/shops, and there was a metro depot just two blocks away, which we used almost every day to jump out to different parts of the city. Overall this house was very comfortable and we quickly felt at home. The owner(s) were very attentive and provided everything we needed to make it a care free family vacation. I would highly recommend this house!

It is close to everything, has great vitality, and is almost always sunny.The Castro has some of the best restaurants and shopping in the city, all within a few blocks of the house. We are two minute walk from a huge transportation hub, and we are two subway stops from Moscone center.
