Tranquil Studio in Winslow-Studio Birch

Welcome to Studio Birch, one of four studios at Vineyard Lane Condo community. This is the perfect location to begin exploring beautiful Bainbridge Island. Walking distance to Winslow's fine dining, shopping and waterfront trails, you'll enjoy this comfortably appointed studio w/ king bed, fireplace, flatscreen smart tv, mini-fridge, keurig coffee and tea. Ideal for those looking for a peaceful getaway.
The space
Our four studios are situated within the Vineyard Lane Condo Community, surrounded by award winning lush gardens and water feature. Our studios are an ideal getaway for those seeking a peaceful retreat close to town. Each studio has one designated parking space for one car. We have one spot available for unloading. A map of the property and parking areas will be provided at check-in.

Upon request, guests may have access to the community space known as "The Fireside Room". This is shared with other studio guests and Vineyard Lane condo residents. This beautiful space has vaulted ceilings, fireplace, lounge seating, tables and chairs and a microwave. This space overlooks the patio area and award winning gardens. It's truly a magical spot.
Guest access
We are privately owned studios. Our rooms do not have microwaves, but if you choose to bring food to the studio, you will need to bring your own utensils. We have a microwave in the Fireside room common area. We will provide the code during check-in. Thank you so much!
Other things to note
Please note the following:

* The studios are set within the Vineyard Lane Condo Community and common area spaces are shared with residents. Please be respectful of our rules and policies.

* Once parked, you will need to walk through several paths and gardens with uneven terrain - we provide a detailed map and photos for you. Please read carefully and ahead of time.

* We use digital locks on our doors. Please follow the instructions carefully.

* We live on an island and sometimes cell service is spotty. If you need to reach us, please call and/or text - and please give us at least 30 minutes to respond. Sometimes there is lag time before we receive a voicemail or text. We will return your text or call as soon as possible.

* Transportation: The beauty of living on an island is feeling like you are away from it all...and that unfortunately includes Lyft & Uber! Both can be unreliable and on-demand taxis can also be hard to find. Please research transportation options ahead of time. Winslow and grocery stores are walking distance but if you want to explore, it will require travel by car, bus or shuttle.
