The Space:

There’s a bedroom with a Queen size bed and excellent quality linens, a closet with hangers and a complete bathroom right next to it.

You'll also enjoy a comfy living room with a Smart TV, so feel free to watch your favorite movies and TV shows.

Need to cook? Don’t worry, there’s a fully equipped kitchen, plus a dining table that seats up to four people.

Starting with an amazing GYM so you don’t miss any workout. Want to have fun? We have you covered with a ping-pong table and a foosball table. Both are located at the lounge, where you'll also find a kitchen, a large dining table (can be used to work) and some comfy furniture.

The Neighborhood:
Zona Centro is a very well-located area in Tijuana (Baja California) and ideal for those who want to enjoy the “Mexican Fiesta”.

You´ll find tacos stands, seafood and international restaurants everywhere you look. Salvador Diaz Miron is close to many shopping malls and public parks.

But the best part is its proximity to Avenida Revolución.

Revolucion's main symbol is the Monumental Arch, which can be seen from the other side of the international border. You will find a lot of tourist attractions and activities, beautiful artisan gifts and souvenir shops, as well as a wide variety of delicious cuisine. Likewise, lots of partying and fun for the whole family and also for adults. Many places to dance, sing and, in general, have a great time with your friends.

Getting Around:
You can walk to the Parque Teniente Guerrero to catch some fresh air or also take a taxi to Parque Las Californias, near Rio Tijuana.

If you wish to spend a nice evening, you can walk to the famous Avenida Revolución with its souvenirs, cantinas, night clubs and many international restaurants (in just 8 minutes).

If you are coming from San Diego or looking to cross over, both borders (San Ysidro and Otay) are very close.

Other Things to Note:
For security reasons, official identifications of the reservation holder and his companions are required to register (they may be requested before arrival to speed up the process).

* Smoking is not allowed inside the building or the apartment. You will be fined if you break this rule.

* Pets are allowed, but you shall pay $500 MXN per pet for 1-7 days and another $500 MXN for each additional week. You will be charged at the property. You must pay with credit or debit card.
