Beautiful, fully-remodeled home on 2-acre wooded lot near Asheville airport, Sierra Nevada Brewery, Blue Ride Pkwy and Biltmore House. Home is right out of HGTV with 2 indoor fireplaces, an outdoor fireplace, bar and dining room! This home has plenty of character. Very comfortable, quiet and a short ride to downtown! Great for families or multiple couples. Located on2 acres with plenty of parking.
***NEW Outdoor fireplace. Firewood available. Beautifully landscaped back yard with stone walls and unique plants.

Our crew of 5 adults enjoyed this beautiful home! Everything was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for us. The location was great and convenient to Biltmore Estate. We would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing! All of the amenities were top notch. There were opportunities to explore the neighborhood and surrounding area. It’s tucked into some of the oldest mountains in the area. Stunning, beautiful and highly recommend. The owner was fast to respond. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This property is amazing. From the beginning of our booking the host quickly responded to my many questions. We needed a space to entertain 4 generations from a 3 yr old to 91 and this was exactly what we got. The yard gave our grandson room to run and play, the patio gave the seniors the perfect place to relax and watch the middle group run the show. The kitchen is spacious with a great view, large refrigerator and even a wine fridge. (Indoor fireplaces would have been great if it had been a different season.) Living room and den allowed everyone ample opportunities to relax comfortably indoors. We needed a little bit of flexibility with check out due to timing of flights out of Asheville. Amazing host was gracious to work with us on departure time. Directions to the property were accurate and check in was simple. We will definitely rebook this property for our next family gathering in Asheville!

Perfect house for our needs

Weekend outing with my buddies. Location was convenient for the events and local establishments/sights that we planned to visit. Priced well for house condition and amenities. Slight miscommunication on check in instructions but Charles was quick to respond and clear things up. Had a slight issue with one shower draining slowly which I reported as we headed out for the day and Charles got it fixed before we got back to the house. Overall Charles was super easy to work with and very quick to respond to any messages that we sent him. Finally, it was great to finish off our stay with a fire in the outdoor fireplace the night before our departure.
