Townhome, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)
Nestled in the pines and aspens at the west end of Main Street, this cozy townhome will make you feel like you're in the middle of the national forest when, in reality, you're only a short walk to the ambiance of The Main Street to the Rockies. Enjoy the charming atmosphere of a small mountain town that has not lost its identity to commercialism. Walk to restaurants, shops or galleries on Main Street or enjoy one of the Main Street festivals.
Our townhome is a multi-level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a view you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else. Located at the base of Mt. Royal, this unit feels bigger due to the large windows looking out on Mr. Royal and the tall, cathedral ceiling in the kitchen/living area. As you enter at the ground level, there is a bath with shower and a large bedroom with access to a small outside ground-level deck. On the upper level, you have the living area with wood fireplace, full kitchen, full bath, master bedroom and deck. Both bedrooms have queen beds and walk-in closets.
For biking, walking or jogging, we are literally steps from the bike path that connects you to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge or Silverthorne/Dillon with over 200 miles of paved paths. We have easy access to hiking trails or fly fishing in Ten Mile Creek and we are only minutes from Lake Dillon and the marina at the east end of Main Street for boating, sailing, fishing or kayaking. And for skiing, you can't get closer to the shuttle stop located directly across the street. Walk out the front door, hop on the free Summit Stage and be at the base of Copper Mountain after a short 7-10 minute ride. More world-class skiing is only a short drive or shuttle ride away at Breckenridge (10 miles), Keystone (10 miles) or Vail (20 miles). Additional amenities include access to the hot tub and washer/dryer that is located next door to our unit. Cable TV, WiFi and quiet, peaceful surroundings are included.

Spending most of our lives in Texas we get excited at the mere thought of being in the mountains. We are a very active outdoor couple that loves the beauty and atmosphere of Frisco and the Rockies. I love biking the high mountain passes that surround us and my wife is a shutterbug that loves the natural beauty of creation. Our favorite hikes are to Rainbow Lake, the waterfalls of Continental Falls and the numerous mountain crater lakes of Mohawk Lakes at 12,000+ feet.

Why Owner chose Frisco
This townhome offers everything we were looking for. Frisco is one of the least commercialized communities in Summit County and our location on Main Street offers us easy access to Main Street shops, restaurants and activities. We step outside our front door and take the Summit Stage skiing and return to a quiet, quaint community. We can ride our bikes almost anywhere from the bike path outside our back door or walk the path along Ten Mile Creek. It's everything we wanted in a vacation home.
What makes this Townhome unique
Our home is located on Main Street with easy access to the Interstate, direct access to the free Summit Stage shuttle and the bike path is literally steps from our back door. Mt. Royal consumes your view from the back deck and our complex is quiet with very little activity and a location that makes you feel like you're in the forest.

The property more than met our expectations. Very comfortable and clean, plenty of space to spread out. Location was terrific, easy access to Main St. Frisco, ski resorts. Killer view out the back. A very seamless and stress free stay. Great customer service and communication provided by owner. Would definitely use again if we are in the area.
Great place to spend a ski holiday
The condo is well kept and within easy walking distance to downtown Frisco. The highway entrance is close so getting to Copper is quick and easy. The owners go out of their way to make you feel at home and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend this condo as a home away from home.
This townhome has great location, amenities and ambiance. The listing and photos are accurate, so it is easy to know what you are getting. It is clean, comfortable and well kept. Must give the highest praise to working out the rental arrangements with the owner. Owner provided 2- for-1 lift ticket coupons for Copper Mountain, a terrific treat. Great breakfasts can be had at the Butterhorn Bakery & Café and Log Cabin Café. The Lost Cajun is unique and should be tried. We definitely recommend this rental.
Lovely Setting & Great Views
Delightful condo very close to Main Street's shops and restaurants, but in a quiet, and beautiful setting that offers a true refuge from activity. Owners attentive to details and comfort. Clean and nicely appointed as shown in photos. Balcony deck off the living room, lots of hummingbirds to watch, and the washing machine & dryer are great bonuses! Biking/walking trail right outside the door. We could have stayed forever!
Quiet and Relaxing
Great townhouse with bedrooms on different levels which affords privacy. Immaculately clean and well appointed with terrific views out the living room windows. Living area has a wonderful fireplace for apres-ski drinks and very comfortable furnishings. Townhouse is right next to the unit that houses the common hot tub, which is very practical in winter time:) Washer and dryer right inside the townhouse is a bonus. Within walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops in Frisco, but yet very close to highway 70 to get to ski hills. Owner was great; responded quickly and was pleasant and easy to deal with.
First Rate Townhome
My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend in this townhome and would highly recommend it. The location can not be beat...walking distance to Main Street, hiking/running trail, Copper Mountain, Mt. Royal, driving distance to Breckenridge and Vail. This home is very clean, has modern decor, and all the amenities you would expect. Split level sleeping arrangements are very convenient. The view out the back of the home is breath taking. Covered Parking is a huge bonus...especially snow season. Owners are very personable and easy to work with. Everything was as presented when we arrived.
The Frisco Peninsula Recreation Area is only a few minutes away by car, bike or shuttle. This facility offers a Nordic Center with cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, a multi-lane tubing hill and dinner sleigh rides. There is also a skateboard park, a bike park, disk golf, ball field, bike path and hiking. There is a small seasonal skating rink by the main bus station in Frisco and a larger rink in Breckenridge. Silverthorne and Breckenridge have recreation centers with full gyms and indoor swimming pools. The free Summit Stage stops directly across from our home and will take you to the base of Copper Mountain within a few short minutes. Summit Stage also offers transportation to Silverthorne (outlet malls) and Breckenridge.
