Fantastic First Stay

Our stay with Trudy was fantastic! She was gracious, and the communication was a breeze. Thought this was her first time renting her place, she made was a wonderful host! Her home is fabulously appointed and endlessly engaging. The location on the south Tampa peninsula is perfect; accessing the countless amenities was so simple! Bayshore Blvd was within walking distance, and Ballast Point just a bit further. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Family visit

Trudy was responsive to any communication. We enjoyed sitting in the front and backyard taking in the Florida sunshine. Very peaceful neighborhood and enjoyed walks along Bayshore and neighboring streets. Recommend visitng Ballast point park and a nice local coffee shop a few miles down the street. If renting with children take much caution as the home has many breakables and delicate artwork throughout.

Highly Recommend - Charming house near Bayshore!

We recently spent a month at Sunshine House while a family member underwent medical treatment. Sunshine House is inviting and so interestingly decorated with all the comforts of home. The neighborhood is peaceful and family friendly making it the perfect place to relax. We loved being near Bayshore Drive for long walks. We also enjoyed the multiple outdoor seating areas to soak up the Florida sunshine. Trudy could not have been more welcoming or responsive: we were welcomed with fresh flowers and cookies and any question I had was answered promptly throughout our entire stay. We are so thankful we found Sunshine House.

Why they chose this property

The Sunshine House is close to Tampa Bay's Bayshore and is perfect for outdoor exercise. There is a mini private beach at the end of the street and many folks fish there and up in other public areas near the house and Bayshore. You can watch the triathletes, walkers, joggers and strollers from the front porch. We are close to many activities here in Tampa that you would ned parking for. You can park here for free and ride our bikes to enjoy Gasparilla, the Air Show, and all of the holidays. We celebrate all of the holidays here.

What makes this property unique

We are steps to the Bayshore, which has the longest continuous sidewalk in the U.S. and is great for outdoor fun and healthy exercise. You can bike continuously and see the whole city from the Bayshore. The house has two driveways for ample parking. It is also a great place to take in a cup of coffee on the front porch and watch the runners, cyclists, and pedestrians on a weekend trek past you toward the Bayshore. The house is eclectic, cheerful and bright! We have a basketball court in the backyard too!
