Located in the heart of Sarasota in a quaint neighborhood know as Arlington Park. Minutes to downtown, Siesta Key,Sarasota Memorial Hospital,St. Armands circle and short walk to Arlington Park,which has pools , basketball pickle ball and tennis courts. There is a huge covered outdoor area with a ping pong table and plenty of space for lounging . Room to park your boat or RV as well.
