Sandpiper Cottage: Sweet Simplicity by the Sea!

Just 200 feet from the sand, Sandpiper Cottage is a nostalgic nod to classic beach days — a snug and sunny retreat perfect for couples or small families. You can even bring your dog along! With two bedrooms, one bathroom, and room for up to four guests, this cottage keeps things simple, cozy, and effortlessly close to the shoreline.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a sunny dining nook for four, and a comfortable living room with a chaise lounge sofa and TV — perfect for lazy mornings or movie nights after a day at the beach. The backyard patio and garden area offer a quiet space to grill, relax, or sip a glass of wine in the ocean air. Modest in size with timeless charm, Sandpiper Cottage is the kind of place where beach memories are made one barefoot step at a time.

Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.

By booking in advance, you are supporting the thirty families that work within our company. We appreciate you and hope you’ll consider us for your business. We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.

Please note that the grill will only be available for use May-September.
