Nestled along the shores of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina lies a luxurious beach house offering the epitome of coastal living. ”A Shore Thing” boasts five spacious bedrooms, sleeping 14 guests, each accompanied by its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. Additionally, two convenient half baths are strategically placed throughout the home for added convenience. The interior of the beach house exudes a blend of modern elegance and coastal flair. Bright and airy, the open-concept living spaces are adorned with stylish furnishings and soothing hues, creating a welcoming atmosphere for gatherings with family and friends. Each of the five bedrooms is a serene sanctuary, offering plush bedding, ample closet space, tasteful decor and a Smart TV in each. Wake up to the gentle sound of ocean waves and bask in the golden rays of morning sunlight streaming through the windows. The en suite bathrooms boast luxurious amenities ensuring a pampering experience at every turn.

Upon entry you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the first half bath, laundry room, and family room. The first bedroom is located on the street side and has a Queen bed. This bedroom also has a Smart TV, and an en suite private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has pool views and is suited with a King bed. The bedroom also has a Smart TV, private en suite bathroom, with a walk in shower. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds (Twin over Twin and Twin over Full) as well as an additional Twin size daybed and a Smart TV. This bedroom has pool views and a private en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Also on the first floor, guests will love spending time together hanging out on the 2 sofas. There's also a wet bar and a provided assortment of games that everyone in your group will enjoy. It's the perfect space to let loose and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Located on the second floor, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting modern appliances including stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. The kitchen is fully stocked! Enjoy culinary creations at the expansive eat-in kitchen table and island, or take advantage of dining outdoors on the 1st and 2nd floor balcony. This kitchen is fully equipped with all essential kitchenware. Prepping and cleaning up after meals will be a breeze, even for large groups! The reverse floor plan allows for ocean and sound views, and allows ample space for outdoor meals and sunset views. The living room features comfortable seating, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. *Please note that the fireplace is decorative only*

On the top floor you will also find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has a King size bed, Smart TV, pool views, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The fifth bedroom also has a King bed, Smart TV, pool views, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo that is accessible through the hallway for shared use.

Step outside and enter a paradise that awaits you! One of the standout features of this craftsman-style vacation rental is the private pool area. This area features a Tiki Bar, making it the perfect place to unwind, soak up the sun, or grill out with the entire family! Enjoy your favorite drink, and bask in the warm sun while listening to your favorite tunes or while watching TV. When you're ready to cool off, take a refreshing dip in the sparkling water or float on pool noodles, all while soaking up the sun's rays. The second half bath is located on the ground level just inside from the Tiki bar and pool area, making it super convenient to access when needed while outside swimming, lounging by the pool and grilling out.

For added convenience, an elevator is available, providing easy access to all levels of the home. Whether you're carrying groceries or simply want to avoid the stairs, this thoughtful amenity ensures that everyone can move effortlessly throughout the property.

There is also a storage bin fully equipped with pool toys, beach chairs, and beach toys for your stay!

This Pool is NOT heated, however the spa is heated with a control panel and there is no charge to heat the spa. The pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, but please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

If your check in date is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.

If your check in date is before Memorial Day or after Labor Day, linens and towels are NOT included in the cleaning fee. We do offer them for an additional fee, or you can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party.

**(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).

We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.

If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your check in date, you will be refunded in full minus a non-refundable fee of 5% of the total reservation (cancellation fee). Cancellations within 60 days prior to check in will not be refunded.

Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.

While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don't follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.

Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.

You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.

Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).

NO charcoal grills, fire pits, or deep fryers are permitted on premise.

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.

Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
