This spacious 3BR/3BA, oceanfront end villa, has all the comforts of home. When entering the villa, guests are greeted with beautiful tile floors and an open great room with spectacular ocean views. The living room has a 43" SMART TV and access to the ocean front balcony. The balcony also has a tile floor with beautiful wrought-iron furniture. The living room has comfortable seating and opens into the dining room.

The first of two master bedrooms is directly off of the living room and has a wall of windows with a view of the ocean. It has a 43" SMART TV and private bath with walk-in shower and granite vanity. The second master bedroom is off the entrance of the villa and has 32" SMART TV and a private bath with walk-in shower and single vanity. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is close to the second master. It has a 32" Roku TV and shares a hall bath with the common areas.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and opens up to the dining area. It also has a breakfast bar and granite counter tops. The Shorewood complex is a gated community and is located within walking and biking distance of Coligny Plaza, which features local shops and restaurants.

South Forest Beach is one of the best places to stay on Hilton Head Island. The beautifully landscaped complex at Shorewood has an oceanfront pool with bathrooms nearby. There is also a baby pool for young ones to play in. Guests will enjoy that Shorewood is located very close to some great shopping, dining, and entertainment areas on Hilton Head Island.

Great property

The only issue we had during our stay had to do with internet(a little spotty) and cable(not familiar enough with all the remotes and tvs) but we weren't really there to watch tv, we made due. This unit faces the beach and we enjoyed all of the beach goers fireworks so we didn't get caught up in a lot of 4th of July traffic. Really close to the pool and proximity to shopping and site seeing was wonderful.

Great view and location!

The view from the balcony was beautiful and the proximity to Coligny was excellent. Overall a great property with plenty of room. A few minor issues like the closet doors as well as the slider to the balcony need to be repaired. The elevator was super slow and we mostly used the stairs. I would stay there again!

Beautiful beach views

This was a nice condo and the location couldn’t have been better. It was very comfortable for a girls trip. Our only complaint was that the windows didn’t open, even in the master BR. The only source of fresh air was the sliding door in the LR. Temperatures were cool at night and some ocean air would have been nice.

Great location

This condo is located in the ideal spot if visiting Hilton Head with teenagers. Everything is within walking distance, so the teens have some freedom wandering and hanging out at Coligny Mall area. This unit was ok. The biggest complaint is that there were no handles on any of the windows so you were basically entombed, unable to open a window, unless the sliding glass door was open. We were there when the weather was cool, so turning off the AC and opening a window, especially at night, would have been a nice option. Not having the ability to open a window was a safety concern. The condo was in decent shape, although a bit worn. Terribly uncomfortable, cheap pillows, bring your own! Great pool area that was large and very well maintained. Nice hot tub too. We met a lot of very nice families there.
