Beautifully remodeled DIRECT OCEAN FRONT condo in heart of Myrtle Beach. End unit w/extra side windows provide views that can't be matched! Kitchen w/island, pantry, range, DW, MW & fridge. Unique tongue & groove wood ceilings in BR and GR make this the coziest ocean front getaway. Pottery Barn furniture w/sleeper sofa in GR and king sized bed in BR. Amenities: indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, laundry facility, convenience store & beach access. Close to everything in Myrtle Beach! REALTOR OWNERS

The condo is located just minutes from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, the Convention Center, Sports Complex, Myrtle Beach International Airport, The Market Common and so much more. Once you stay in our condo, we know you will want to come back!

Our entire one bedroom condo is yours to use privately as well as our oceanfront balcony. The amenities for the building are shared spaces.

Our condo is close to everything you would want. The airport, Broadway at the Beach, the convention center and sports complex and more... all just minutes away! We tastefully remodeled our condo so you can have the best beach getaway possible! The amenities at the building include indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, laundry facility and seasonal convenience store.

Parking deck right across the street from the condo. You will receive 1 parking pass. Central location with so much nearby and not far from the airport. It is easy to uber everywhere if you are flying in plus many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

We have a parking deck right across the street with elevators. If you have an oversized vehicle please let us know before booking. MAX HEIGHT FOR PARKING DECK: 6'11". You will receive one parking pass.

Our condo is an end unit located on the 7th floor. The elevator is just down from our front door. Luggage carts are available to help with your luggage.

There is a king size bed in the bedroom and the sofa pulls out to a queen size sleeper.

Great place to stay. It’s centrally located in South Myrtle. The host Tiffany is awesome, she’s very responsive and gives perfect details. The condo is very well maintained and clean. I would stay here again.

Weekend at the Beach!

Great property! My daughter and I were in town for her cheer competition and we love the ocean. The location was great and the view was beautiful. The host was awesome, and the check in process was easy. The property itself was perfect, super clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there in the future.

Adorable Condo

Check in was easy. The Condo was adorable and came with everything you may need. Great Location! Close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful view of the Ocean. We were able to watch a new Pier being build. Very cool! Overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

Perfect!! Enjoyed the accommodations celebrating our Anniversary. Nice and Cozy bright and sunlit. Had all the amenities. Even throw blankets for the couch! Great communications with owners.

Spotless, Everything is New, Beautiful Ocean View! Loved the comfortable King bed, water pressure in shower, the light fixtures/chandelier, the corner ocean front balcony, the wood ceilings, the beachy decor, the new appliances. It was fresh, clean, quiet, safe area. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs on the property, small store on ground floor with essentials. To enter building you must use a code, which makes it safe and private. Great location! Luggage carts to use for unloading/loading. Parking across the street. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony! Communication with Tiffany was Excellent!

Best location in Myrtle beach

The Condo was so beautiful, very clean and excellent location. very tasteful well decorated and furnished. Tiffany the owner was reachable and quick to respond to any question I had. The condo was furnished with everything we needed with high end taste. the location is on the best part of MB and close to everything within walking distance. there were so many windows that made the place so airy and light and you can see the beach from everywhere around in the condo. the bed is super comfortable. Thank you, Tiffany, for making it so easy to check in and out and for making our stay super fun and enjoyable.

Would Stay Here Again!

Loved the brightness, cleanliness and upgrades in this condo. Would definitely stay here again! The owners were personable, professional and prompt communicators. There is a nice, small convenience store in the bottom floor. Easy access to the beach. The only downside for us is that there was lots of loud construction on the exterior of the building the week we stayed. Meridian Plaza is an older building, but the positive side of the construction is that they care about updating the facilities. It has nice eye appeal from the beach and street. Stayed 6 nights. We were busy at an event at the convention center nearby. Would have liked to stay longer and got more beach time. Hope to stay there during the event next year.

The condo was great and represented well in the pictures. The balcony is completely open, no privacy walls, so it gets a bit breezy. The host, Tiffany, was very thorough with arrival information, so check in was easy. She responded quickly with any questions we had and offered to bring by an item we didnt have, if we needed it. She was a friendly and thoughtful host. The view was fantastic. Being on the end unit and having the extra windows allowed for more natural light. The lighting was awesome too. The sconces bedside, the recessed lighting in kitchen and over couch was great! Having most of the lighting dimmable was very appreciated! The bed was comfy... husband fell asleep almost instantly. The bathroom had good amount of vanity storage, counter and drawers.Parking garage was conveniently across the street. Location is walkable to many tasty restaurants, candy and ice cream. Construction of the storm water outfall project was interesting to watch. The noise was in short bursts, not really bad at all. It was a great place to stay.
