Great Place to Stay for Parks

Extremely clean and neat. Pool was great for our kids. Took between 25-60 minutes to get to any of the parks, depending on traffic. Close to restaurants and stores for any of your needs. Neighborhood seemed very quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend for an off property vacation to Disney/Universal. Just be aware, traffic is usually pretty heavy. This was our first time staying off property and that was an eye opener. But again, if you're not staying at a resort this house and area in general is a great option.

Family Vacation

It was a very nice property & looks just like the pictures online! The heat for the hot tub was a bit disappointing as it didn’t get very hot (only gets 10-15 degrees warmer than the outside air temperature so we were told) However, the weather was much cooler than normal & we still utilized the pool! Property is in a good location & the host/property manager had an extremely prompt response time! Overall, we had a great vacation!

Amazing home

This property is one of the nicest, cleanest places I’ve ever stayed at. Owner is an excellent communicator. Bed are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The pool is top notch. Will be staying in again whenever I’m in the Disney area

Great owner & manager

Unfortunately we didn’t actually get to stay in this property, Hurricane Milton resulted in it having no power when we were due to arrive. The owner offered for us to reschedule but we really wanted to go ahead with our holiday as it was 2 days after the hurricane and our flights were still going ahead. The owner and property manager went above and beyond and found us alternative accommodation to enable us to go ahead with our holiday. Owners communication was fantastic and we’d love to book her beautiful villa when we return to Florida in the future.

Perfect House for Your Disney Vacation

House suited our family perfectly!! First floor layout fit our family of 6 very comfortably. And each bedroom was excellent to reset for another day of adventure!! I would highly recommend staying at this house!!

Great stay and nice neighborhood. Rooms and bed set up was great for space. Home decor was nice and inviting. Kids enjoyed pool and down time from the park.

Very nice

My family and i came to stay from NY. The house was a perfect fit for us, beds were comfortable, cleaning could have been a little better, but wasn't to bad, we enjoyed the pool, spa and gaming room. We lost power due to a storm, and they had a bunch of board games to play!! The area was nice, we were more on the quiet side. Close to stores and fun activities for kids. I highly recommended this house!

Excellent Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay, although we had an issue with the fridge Donna was quick to try and resolve it for us. The pool heat was perfect as it was needed for our December stay. Would recommend and would stay again!

Family get away.

The house is in a quiet well kept neighborhood. We were able to access Disneyworld with a 20-25 drive. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking needs. The pool was amazing. It was well enjoyed during our stay as it was very hot and humid in July. There was a mishap with the refrigerator. Things happen. We contacted the host and between them and the property manager it was taken care of immediately and discreetly. A new fridge was provided at no inconvenience to us and our vacation as we continued to enjoy our days at the parks.

Not a good place to stay

The villa was not as advertised, no pool table,no working safe and not immaculate. The smell in some of the bedrooms was terrible.I have visited Orlando many times and this was unfortunately the worst villa i have stayed in, i would not reccomend this property to anyone.

A nice place, however ....

First of all, communication with the owner and the manager was excellent. Always fast answers and always immediate help if needed. However, the house was advertised with a pool table, a table tennis table and air hockey. There was no pool table nor a table tennis table and the air hocky table was broken and repair parts were ordered but did not arrive during our stay. There also was something wrong with the fridge, as a result of which there was daily a lot of water accummulated in the fridge which needed to be taken out twice a day. Unfortunately, nothing could be done about that. The dishwasher broke several times, it did not wash properly and as a result, we ended up washing lots of dishes by hand. And finally, everytime we swam in the pool, our hair and bathingsuits turned green. A result of the chlorine and our sunscreen, according to the poolman. We normally spend our holidays in a house with a pool and use the same sunscreen for years, but never had a problem like this. Unfortunately, the green color does not wash out completely, so our bathingsuits can be thrown away. Lastly, the sliding door to the poolarea was almost impossible to lock and unlock. All of those items were a big disappointment.

Bonne information pas compliqué j ai beaucoup aimé. Seul commentaire négatif la piscine n était pas propre. Si j avait eu une brosse j aurait nettoyer les enfants ne voulait pas y aller. J ai été dans le spa quand même. Pas assez chaud. Mais la maison était parfaite propre et invitante. Un gros merci.

Thanksgiving get away

My family and I along with my cousin and her family spent the week of Thanksgiving at the property. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and not feel like we were on top of one another. We weren’t far from anything we needed or anywhere we wanted to go. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had.

Family Disney Trip

House was nice and had plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The neighbors were extremely noisy on weekends and the traffic to and from the parks was brutal. Could also use a deep clean, fans were caked in dust and the couches were stained. The pool and jacuzzi area was great. The kids had a blast. I did not like that I could not control the thermostat. It would be nice to have a temp range that I could’ve chosen from. Having to ask for it to be turned down remotely felt odd.

Awesome villa with pool

Easy check in process and clean equipped villa. Lots of space, two children tried out all of the bedrooms and enjoyed the pool and air hockey table. Comfy sofas which is a change from most rental villas! Good location and quiet neighbourhood. Also manager helpful and responsive when issue with A/C. Enjoyed our stay!

Home was adequate and comfy

The house was not throughly clean. The bedroom furniture was scratched and outdated and drawers fell out. in the second king bedroom. The bedroom beds were very comfortable. The living room, dining room, kitchen, garage(rec room) were very excellent and comfortable.

My first job was in Cinderella's Castle in Walt Disney World. I was there on opening day in 1972. I loved it there and the generous sprinkling of pixie dust I got in orientation has never left me.
Creating US Vacation Villas in Florida was the opportunity to return to the magic of Disney and create the kind of vacation environment for others based on the best experiences my children and I had. I hope you find as much joy and wonder here as I have had.

This home is only minutes to the magical lands of Disney World, yet it is nestled away from the noise and hubbub in a more secluded development surrounded by a protected conservation area: Sandy Ridge.
There are two easy paths to Disney World: I-4 which is just two exits. Or Old Lake Wilson Rd which takes you directly to Disney World with just a few turns. All of the rest of the area theme parks and activities are an easy drive as well.
A great deal of love and imagination went into creating this home to provide you and your family the enchantment of a magical and relaxing vacation.

Please remember that the area is one of the world's biggest and busiest destinations. There can be a lot of traffic. I have found that using a gps maps service on your phone set to "fastest route" can often take you around traffic hot spots. Remember to bring your patience and good humor. It really helps.
