Espaciosa, adorable, bien mantenida, cabaña privada con entrada propia, separada de la casa principal. Al aire libre tiene 2 patios, uno cubierto, con sillones relajantes, otro patio con mesa de comedor, parrilla de gas y hamaca. El interior de la planta baja cuenta con una amplia cocina completa con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, lavadora / secadora estándar, mesa de comedor con capacidad para cuatro o más personas con extensión. El espacio habitable tiene un sofá cama Queen, TV de pantalla plana y estación de conexión I Pod. Arriba incluye, amplio dormitorio con cama king-size y mucho espacio para la cuna de un niño. El baño tiene piso de pizarra, ducha de azulejos con puertas de vidrio, todos los accesorios nuevos. La casa está totalmente climatizada y con zona de duelo.
Un entorno tranquilo Senderos naturales para caminar y andar en bicicleta literalmente al otro lado de la calle desde el Nature Perserve pero a 1 milla del Village Center o Ocean Beaches. Charming and quiet

The cottage is comfortable and convenient to Sag Harbor village. Our host was very helpful. She gave us great ideas for places to eat and things to see and do. We highly recommend the cottage.

Very Nice Cottage

Finding the cottage is a bit challenging, if you rent it is a must to get accurate directions before you travel from the host. Internet was a bit spotty, some times it worked, some times it did not, and sometimes was slow. Could have used a full size coffee maker. But, they place was very nice and well appointed.

Quality , quiet getaway stay in The Hamptons

I am a Travel Agent /Realtor and my husband is a builder . We were not familiar with Sag Harbor and The Hamptons Area . We found this wonderful cottage and went by the online photos and the location description and booked it . Owner quickly responded and then was very helpful with suggestions of where to go and what to do ! The location is great ! We loved that there were beach chairs and towels to take to the beautiful beaches ! Bikes were there as well and we rode them into Sag Harbor one early morning for breakfast ! Very clean , extremely well finished and decorated beautifully . Glad we stayed here !

July 4th getaway

These accommodations were perfect for three people and well equipped. Loved the cottage and the setting. Joanne was a great host, and was very responsive from our first communication when we were looking at the property to whenever we had a question while we were there. The location is great, away from the crowds, yet a quick drive and short walk into town, and while we were there enjoyed the beach, biking, sailing and paddleboarding. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to call home while in the Hamptons

The cottage was absolutely lovely, extremely well appointed, and very comfortable; we found it to be exactly as pictured. The cottage is very private with its own porch on one side and patio area with a fire pit on the other, and separate driveway from the main house. The main house and pool are not clearly visible from the cottage except through a natural hedge/screen of cypress trees and is located in a rural residential area with wild turkeys and deer spotted every day. The home is located between Sag Harbor and East Hampton, convenient to all areas in the Hamptons. Wolffer Estate vineyards are just minutes away (by car). From the initial reservation request, Joanne was extremely helpful and nice to work with; prior to my arrival she reached out to me with directions to the cottage (you must follow them!) and also with suggestions for local restaurants/activities. The cottage contained a notebook with borchures and maps we found very helpful. We hope to be able to return to this beautiful cottage soon.

Perfect stay in Sag Harbor

We had such a wonderful stay at Joanne's cottage in Sag Harbor. The cottage was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. The cottage is in a great location - close to Sag Harbor Village, but also easy to get to East Hampton, Amagansett and Montauk. We loved everything about our stay and can't wait to go back. Will definitely book again! Thanks for a great place to stay for a memorable trip!

Peaceful! Wonderful!

This well kept cottage in the woods is wonderfully located near the village of Sag Harbor. A good homebase when visiting the Hamptons, other surrounding towns and Montauk. Two decks, private, relaxing and quiet. It had a very functional kitchen equipped with all the utensils, cookware and other necessities. A very comfortable king bed and the bathroom is clean, shower is updated with new tiles and plush towels. Friendly and helpful owner is an added pleasure. We really enjoyed our stay.

Super cute girls weekend

Although hidden away in a woodsy surrounding, we had no problem accessing cabs to take us anywhere. It took about 25 minutes to travel to Montauk which is where we spent most of our days. The cottage was super quaint and perfect for our girls weekend

Buggy Cottage in Need of A New Sofa Bed!

The sofa bed in this cottage was more like a hospital bed. The front of the bed was inclined about 30 degrees. I woke up with a stiff back and neck. The owner was not able to fix it and made it sound like no other guests ever used the sofa bed. This house was hard to find and the owner seemed annoyed when I called her for directions.

Simply Amazing!

My boyfriend and I needed a place to relax for the weekend. I work in the city and he owns his own business, so life can get really hectic. We needed somewhere to go to unwind. We came across this cottage online and saw it got great reviews. My boyfriend is a skeptic and doesn't believe everything he reads, however the pictures look great and we decided to rent this cottage anyway. Joanne is a great host and this place is simply amazing. Thank you Joanne for your hospitality, you really know how to host your guests! We will definitely be back again.

Perfect Cortage Getaway

Incerdible space in a beautifully serene environment just minutes from beaches and town activity! Joanne was extremely accommodating and made our first trip away with our toddler and 5 week old absolutely perfect. She had everything I could have ever needed for my toddler from outlet covers to a toddler sized beach chair. I couldn't believe it! The house was stunning and so comfortable. Such a lovely 4th of July weekend with our little family!

The house is situated amongst wonderful Nature trails to walk or bike. This cottage has all the amenities needed for a perfect weekend or a longer vacation stay. All linens & towels are fresh new and included. Kitchen has all pots ,pans,dishes, microwave and dishwasher .Bathroom has all bath products soaps & shampoos plus a blow dryer. Washer & Dryer are both front loading.Living room and bedroom have flat screen TV's. Patios are private with own table and gas grill for outdoor dining. This property has it's own driveway and is very safe & very private . There is very little car traffic in my neighborhood yet not far from Main Street Sagharbor for fun window shopping or buying !!!...There are also many great restaurants to dine at after a great day at our beautiful Ocean or Bay beaches. You will leave feeling rested and happy . You will not be disappointed.
