Entièrement meublé avec des draps, des serviettes, des ustensiles de cuisine, écrans plats dans toutes les chambres et salle de bains principale, wifi gratuit, et bien plus encore. Amazing stay

We had the best time at this property! It had everything we needed for an amazing stay and the location was perfect. We were across from the water park (less than 5 minute walk) and within a 15 minute walk to the public river put-it. The shower and amenities were nice and the kids enjoyed the heated pool. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot to float the river. My son also enjoyed fishing in the mornings and at night. Plus Schlitterbahn was right across the street.

Enjoyable

Overall, nice condo.. primary bed quite hard, primary bath had daily toilet issues.. maintance had to change battery in front door lock.Nice condo, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Location & Updated Unit!!

WOW! We’ve stayed in a few rentals to float with family and enjoy Gruene, but this was by far our favorite!!!! Camp Warnecke is always amazing, but this unit was too notch…not having to hassle with tubes, pumps, shuttles, or long walks was ideal for my son and my mother! We will be back for sure! River City was wonderful too!

Caring and compassionate

The property was fantastic, but the booking agency was even better and went above and beyond. They identified a possible safety concern with one family member and promptly called us to discuss and ultimately assigned us to another unit which worked out perfectly. What a fantastic team!

Amazing location

We were planning on spending a couple of days at Schlitterbahn, tubing the river, Heading down to San Antonio, and doing some shopping up at San Marcos. This could not have been a better location. We walked to splitter. We only had a few feet to get into the water and few feet once we got out of the water tubing to get back to our condo. The condo was amazing. Must’ve been recently remodeled as it was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in a long time!

Few ways to improve the unit: The TV remote was really difficult to operate & the TV menu/UI was noticeably slow; coffee creamer/sugar would have been appreciated (or at least a warning to bring our own); door locks were stiff & challenging to open/close; mattresses were more firm than I prefer, but wasn't a big deal. Overall, we were satisfied, but would probably try somewhere else next time.

Great stay

This property was clean and tidy. All of the amenities were provided. For being a first-floor condo, there was not too much noise from upstairs neighbors. The river access was great and walking to Schlitterbahn was so convenient. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The only issue we had was the bottom sheets for the master bedroom would not stay on the mattress due to the elastic was worn out. We had to adjust the bottom sheet often through the night. It just needs a new set of sheets. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. We will be back!

Perfect for our needs

The layout of the condo was perfect for our group. Very comfortable space with nice view of the river for watching tubers float by. Equipped with everything you could want or need.

nice but i wouldn't say luxurious

This is a great location for the waterpark and river. Not sure if it can be beat. You can easily enter water park across the street as there is an entrance . Just walk there then you will see entrance as it is not a main entrance. As to the property ... it is nice. It was not ready on time but we were not going to be there at 4 so it wasnt a big deal for us but if you are arriving early just be aware. Also, had several scapes on wall etc .. notified management to fix after but they were big enough that i wouldn't have expected them in the "luxurious" condo. Also, they state in pics that you get free tube rentals ... false ... apparently they can enter the condo to clean but delivering tubes put them at risk for covid???? Communication with management was good. Overall i would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

I’ve been to Camp W. several times over the last couple of years and this particular condo is my favorite so far! I really appreciated the renovations and the master shower reminds me of a car wash! We had an awesome time and will be back again soon!
