Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. 

**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.

Separate from the price breakdown, you will be sent in your reservation confirmation message, the choice between paying a $500 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable $35 damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Since life can throw you curveballs, we recommend getting travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes that might fall outside our cancellation policy.
