Magnifique condo Ă  North Conway, Nh - Excellent emplacement pour toutes les attractions.

Ce magnifique condo est moderne et totalement mis Ă  jour avec de nouveaux meubles et une cuisine complĂšte avec des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. SituĂ© au cƓur de North Conway et Ă  quelques minutes de Cranmore, Storyland, Downtown North Conway, Settlers Green Outlets, Stonehurst Manor, Moathouse, May Kelley's et toutes les grandes attractions Ă  proximitĂ©.

Le condo de plain-pied est méticuleux avec un grand salon et salle à manger. Un curseur s'ouvre sur une immense terrasse avec un barbecue à gaz et une table de patio. Vous apprécierez les trois chambres généreuses avec de grands lits confortables aprÚs une journée de randonnée sur les sentiers, de baignade dans la piscine, de tennis ou de basket-ball, de rafting sur le Saco ou de faire du shopping hors taxes dans les magasins d'usine.

Great Family Stay

This was a great stay for my family as we headed to Santa’s Village and Storyland with our kids. The condo was so convenient to both places and also all the great restaurants it North Conway.

Great location, home comforts

The space was easy to access. Pool access was an added bonus. It was quiet and comfortable. Washer and dryer were a huge help. It was quite hot while we were there but the fans and cross breeze helped. We were there with a family of 4.

Great location. Need better pillows. For amount charged for linen and cleaning fee I wouldn’t expect to have to wash towels prior to leaving and bathrooms could of been better cleaned. Especially baseboards. Overall would stay again.

Girls Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable as well. I would only recommend having more pillows and towels available as 1 pillow per person wasn’t enough. Maybe having additional stock of toilet paper would be good as well. :). Other than that, we loved everything else!

Some issues with condo

The condo wasn’t cleaned. There was food on the stovetop and the bathrooms were not cleaned. The shower curtains were moldy. The coffeemaker did not work. There were no food prep knives. We had to buy a knife. I was a little disappointed but was afraid that maybe you were not aware of these things. If so, I am not criticizing just pointing out. We still enjoyed our stay.

Fall Stay

First I have to say the communication with the owner was great! Never waited too long for a response to questions and they left the Property Managers information as well. No one was there before us so we were able to check in early. Suggestions or issues: Beds were not made when we got there,, linens were left folded on the beds. There were not enough towels provided and we were asked to make sure they were washed and dried before leaving. We did towels twice during our stay and made sure they were done before leaving . There were cobwebs on the ceilings and in corners. Which made me question why we pay a cleaning fee. There was only one end table in the living room, so we had to use dining room chairs to place a coffee cup etc., the master bedroom mattress is AWFUL! Although the furniture is nice in each room the mattresses need to be replaced and additional night stands would be helpful for people who have breathing machines. We have stayed in many places and although this place is fairly updated, some things need more attention. We did love having a ground floor condo and NorthBrook is a nice quiet area and close to everything. broke

Fall stay

When looking for a property I searched for cleanliness ratings. This property came up. The owner was kind and helpful however the property needs a deep cleaning. There are cobwebs and spiders on most of the walls and ceilings. The shower curtains are old and have stains. The location is great and again the owners were kind, however this property did not match my expectations based on previous ratings.

Good value and location

We had a great time visiting N Conway and Story Land with our 2 young children. The pool at the condo complex is about 5 minutes walk down the hill, so that was easy and fun. The owner was also responsive to any questions, and the kitchen was stocked with basic supplies like oil, sugar, coffee, and a few spices. I was not a fan of the coffee maker - I thought it was hard to use even with the instructions. We also did not like having to wash all of the towels before our departure. Plus, it meant we had no towels to use to dry hands, etc, on our way out. Finally the condo has no AC so in very hot weather (it was in the 90s during our stay) it was too warm for comfort. With a little one who naps in the afternoon, we weren't able to be out during the hottest part of the day.

Comfortable home base

This property was a lovely home base for our three generation White Mountains family weekend (ages 5 to 77). It was very comfortable for all of us. We like to make all our own meals when we travel and the condo was a great fit for that - with the option to eat inside or outside. We spent one late afternoon at the pool which was a nice contrast to hiking and other adventures. The walking paths that start from the condo complex connect to Whitaker Woods via the health and fitness trail that is part of Memorial Hospital. So if you're looking for a nice (mostly flat) place to walk, run, or ride a bike, they are beautiful and worth checking out. Note, the "trail" sign was very subtle, and there wasn't a map posted at the condo trailhead or in the condo itself but once we figured it out we were able to look up a map to Whitaker Woods online and had a beautiful twilight stroll.
