Escape to Big bear

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the cabin overall. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities in place. However, our first night was very uncomfortable because the heat was set too high, and we were unable to turn it down. My wife had to contact management, and they sent a technician to adjust the thermostat. Unfortunately, he was unable to lower the temperature and informed us that the owner needed to unlock the smart thermostat remotely.Once the thermostat issue was fixed, the rest of our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Overall, we liked the place, and kudos to Bunny, the manager, for helping resolve our problem.

Mini ski trip!

We had a great stay at the condo. It was very cozy, clean, neat and comfy. The fire place and the jacuzzi was top notch! I would definitely go back and stay again. :)

Great location and condo

Great location with a short walk to the lifts. The unit was fully renovated and very nice. The on site manager was very helpful and was quick to answer when I arrived after hours. Everything was professional and met expectations.
