A totally unique property in Portland due to its beautiful pool, gardens, play areas, and spacious, modern interior, while just 10 minutes from downtown and all the city offers. This large, quiet, artistically appointed home rests on 1 acre of land and includes a fire pit, BBQ, and indoor sauna. Available select vacations only. 6 guest max.

Inside, you will find spacious, artistically decorated rooms in all parts of the house. A wide open kitchen and living room space looks out onto a large pool area and private huge lawn. Extra rooms abound, including a den and pool/sun room with a sleeper sofa and its own 1/2 bath.

The upstairs hosts two very large bedrooms and comfortable third room. The suite bedroom includes a king-sized bed, an electric fireplace, a spa shower and a walk-in closet. Down the hall is another very large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and air hockey table. The third bedroom is smaller but spacious with a queen-sized bed. The two additional upstairs rooms share a full bath with a tub, as well as two half-baths downstairs. You will find well-appointed details throughout the house, such as a "smart" stove and oven, granite counters, and wood floors everywhere. Outdoors is ample "play space" for children including swimming pool, basketball, and large yard for all sports.

You will have access to the whole house besides the basement, garage, and a few storage areas. We hope you will treat it as if it were your own.

This is our home which we share during extended holidays, in a friendly neighbourhood where quiet and privacy is valued. Therefore it is reserved for groups of 6 or less who want to use the home to rest and relax in luxury. No parties, visitors, or extra guests allowed.
