Looking for a Tropical Getaway in Sunny Florida? Look No Further...Your Home Away From Home Awaits! Take in Nature and Enjoy Bird-Watching and Sunbathing in your Beautiful Back Yard!
Enjoy spending the day in the pool, sitting on the dock along the quiet cove, and use the small boat slip to set out on the kayaks! Want to enjoy the beautiful backyard but not leave the house? Sit in the air conditioned, glass lanai where you can read a book, play board games, listen to some music or watch tv! The space The home has been recently remodeled for you to enjoy, with a large kitchen and three bedrooms. The bedrooms have a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds for you and your guests to choose from. Each room has it's own air conditioning/heat for your comfort.
Enjoy sitting in the air conditioned lanai that looks out upon the pool and canal. Three walls of the lanai are glass, so you can sit back and relax while enjoying the views!
The house is equipped with everything you need for your home away from home. If you think of something you need or something you've forgotten, let your host know - I live next door and am always happy to help! Guest access This house is at the end of a dead end road so there is very little traffic! We are located on a small, forgotten island of only twelve homes in New Port Richey.
Other things to note This home is RV friendly, as we have electric and water hookups along the side of the property. Let us know ahead of time that you will be traveling in your RV or that your friends are coming to join you in their RV and we will be sure to have things ready for you to pull up and plug in.
