This free-standing single-family house has three bedrooms each with a queen bed and 3 full bathrooms with a bonus pull-out sofa bed in the living room, fully furnished and newly remodeled coastal chic style rental property on the Gulf waterfront in the Gulf Harbors community in New Port Richey. Gulf Harbors, FL is perfect if you desire to live in a tropical paradise close to the tourist attractions, but want a more relaxed, residential, and family-oriented atmosphere. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Upscale Sea Fire Grill Restaurant and easy-going Sunset Cove Bar and Grill are nearby. Publix and Sam's Club are just 5 minutes away. Please note that Gulf Harbors Community Beach is for permanent residents only. Boat & Boat Lift are not available for guests. Two 10ft Kayaks and one 8 ft Kayak are available to use at own risk.

We are a German & Persian-Canadian couple and moved to Florida in 2014 and live mainly in Gainesville, FL. We love New Port Richey, and decided to buy a home near the Gulf. After extensive renovations, we now want to share this true coastal gem with respectful guests.

In summary, the combination of coastal flair, abundant marine wildlife (Dolphins, pelicans, and manatees can be seen occasionally from our seawall), and a friendly neighborhood makes this property a truly unique and desirable place to stay.
