The Space:

Welcome to this stunning Marina front condo situated in North Myrtle Beach, SC! This condo boasts beautiful upgrades throughout! Nearby you will find many restaurants, shops, and attractions to enjoy! Less 2 miles to our beach as well!



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. 2 parking passes. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex elevators. This unit is on the 1st floor (not ground level).



Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Large family room area with access to the waterfront balcony!



Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with access to the balcony! King bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: King bed. TV.



Bedroom 3: Double bed. TV.



Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway - also has bedroom 2 access.



Balcony: Peaceful and spacious balcony. Waterfront!



Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor heated pool and hot tub! Subject to operation schedule determined by the HOA.



Marina: This complex is Marina front, connected to our beautiful waterway. Nearby, you will find businesses that provide the ability to rent boats, jet skis, etc. (fees apply) to enjoy while you are here!



Beach: Only about 2 miles (5 minutes) from this complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (other than a private owner's closet) along with the shared complex pool, lobby, etc.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is located in North Myrtle Beach - which makes for an ideal vacation. Waterfront (Marina) complex!



✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 25.1 miles

🐟 Cherry Grove Pier is about 2.4 miles

🏦 Coastal North Town Center is about 1.1 miles



Getting Around:

Guests can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Thursday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.
