Summer is almost here! Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 4 guests and includes a private garage, community pool, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TV. Just 20 minutes from the beach, enjoy sunny days and return to a clean, comfortable space. Close to dining and local attractions. Book early before spring dates fill up.

2 bedroom condo located on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom with king size bed. Secondary bedroom with queen size bed. 2 full size bathrooms. Living room with TV, couch, and fireplace. Kitchen with full size appliances, basic cookware, and dishes. Dining room with table and 4 chairs. Washer/dryer in-unit. Private balcony. Private garage that can fit one small to mid-size vehicle. Additional free onsite parking.

1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
2. The pool hours are 9 a.m.–10 p.m., and it`s closed on Monday for cleaning. Please note, it may close temporarily without notice due to weather or routine maintenance like chemical adjustments.
3. This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs for access.
4. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.

We want you to have a great stay and believe that being upfront helps set clear expectations. Please note that situations outside of our control—such as WiFi outages, community amenity closures (including pool, gym, sauna, etc.), and weather-related disruptions—are non-refundable.

- WiFi Connectivity: We aim to provide reliable internet, but occasional service interruptions may occur due to provider issues or weather conditions.
- Community Amenities: Access to shared amenities like the pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, or clubhouse may be limited or closed by the property management for maintenance, safety, or seasonal reasons.
- Weather Conditions: Storms, power outages, or unsafe travel conditions due to weather may affect your stay, especially in certain regions or seasons.
