Located in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, the 3 bedroom Bungalow sleeps 8 and is a 5 minute walk to the ocean, dining and shopping, and more! The Bungalow features a fenced in front porch that has a hot tub, fire pit, grill, and outdoor dining area.

Located in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, this Vintage Bungalow is a 3 bedroom (sleeps 8), 1 bathroom, pet-friendly home that is just a 5 minute walk to the ocean! This house has a beachy cottage feel with a fenced in front porch which includes a 6 person hot tub, fire pit, grill, hammock and outdoor dining area. We are pet friendly, and the fenced in area is a great space for your friends, family and doggies.
The house is centrally located in a residential area inside the town limits of Jacksonville Beach and is within walking distance to Jax Beach, restaurants, nightlife, shopping and area attractions. The house is also just minutes away from Neptune, Atlantic, Fernandina, Ponte Vedra and Vilano Beaches, Downtown Jacksonville, St. Johns Town Centre and historic St. Augustine! The house is convenient to Jax Beach, Neptune Beach, and Atlantic Beach and is within a short driving distance to Fernandina, Ponte Vedra, Vilano Beaches and historic St. Augustine. The house has a spacious, well-equipped eat in kitchen and dining area complete with Kurig coffee bar, a large living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a 64` Roku tv. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own wall-mounted Roku tv and free wifi! The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The house has a laundry room with new whirlpool washer and dryer! The house is stocked with beach chairs and other portable beach items for you to borrow while you`re soaking up the white sand at Jax beach. We have on-property parking that easily accommodates three cars. Our guests LOVE the location, outdoor space, hot tub, affordability, the beachy feel and the spaciousness of the Bungalow.
1. Quiet hours in town limits are from 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. and are enforced by Beach Police.
2. Absolutely no smoking inside the house.
3. Maintain cleanliness at all times. Do not move furniture from its original location.
4. Maximum of two dogs per reservation, and the pet fee must be paid at the time of booking. No pets on furniture.
5. Special events or gatherings are not permitted during your stay. We must be made aware of the number of guests that will be staying and cannot exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Visitors are limited to two hours each day.

Checkout Procedures:
1. Please do your best to leave the house in good condition for the housekeepers. They very often have a limited amount of time to get the house clean and sanitized prior to the arrival of the next guest.
2. Remove ALL food and trash from the house. Place trash in the garbage bins provided for you and take to the end of the driveway to be picked up by the public waste management department (Garbage is Monday and Thursday) (Recyling on Tuesday/Friday) Bring all bins back up to house after pick-up.
3. Start the dishwasher.
4. Gather all used bath linens and place in the bathtub.
5. Make sure thermostat is set 70 degrees, close all windows, and lock all doors.
