LOVED IT!!!

We had such an amazing time at this place. Very homey, roomy, & beautiful. Right on the beach & such (once again) a beautiful stay. I will definitely be staying here again if we end up back in Daytona! I highly suggest this beautiful place!!

Beach life is the best!

Our place was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. We had a lovely view and a wonderful stay. Our host was helpful and quick to respond when we had a question.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality, comfort, spacious-feel, and updates of the condo unit, as well as the amazing view. I would say the listing is very representative of what you're getting, if not a bit modest. The only downside for us this stay was a bit of inconvenience to getting onto the beach, which was outside the owner's control, as the beach ramps were getting construction. We look forward to coming back and enjoying another week when these construction upgrades are complete.

Just bring your clothes

Condo was clean, and spacious. Gorgeous balcony views of sunrise and sunsets. Just a short walk to the beach. We so enjoyed it.

We loved the condo. Everything was absolutely perfect! Definitely would stay again. It has everything needed and the view is just amazing from the bedroom balcony. Communication with owner was always quick and lovely to work with. Can’t wait to book again!

Sanibel Condominiums

The condo and facilities were very nice, and the owner/manager was extremely helpful. Enjoyed the fitness and activities room and the general location of the facility. Hopefully the pool will be available next year.

Golf Trip

This place was everything and more. Golf in the morning and step out to beach in the afternoon. Micheal was excellent to deal with. Others in the building were very friendly and helpful.

Nice Condo! Lots of room. Mattress’s need to be upgraded and not sure how to fix parking for second vehicle other than purchasing property directly across the street for Sanibel patrons. 😉

the unit is the best I have ever been in the building is the worst I have ever been to no bathroom anywhere near the pool no tables or umbrella's no grills no food or drinks in pool area no beach access from pool area, pool close's at dusk no hot water in the spa the pool was closed the first 3.5 days

Beautiful condo with beach and river views

My wife and I and our two teenage daughters stayed at the Condo for one week. The condo was very much as described and overall was very comfortable. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable, the master had a nice king size bed and the two other bedrooms had queen size beds. The kitchen had all of the basics, and we made a number of meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with no issues. There is a Publix market a few miles to the north that is quite convenient. The condo had a few serviceable beach umbrellas and chairs, has good views of both the beach (condo faces north, so not a full beach view) and the river / causeway. We saw some amazing sunsets! The building was pretty nice, and the gym was decent (basic, but has a treadmill, bike and a multi-purpose weight machine). The pool was decent size, but we ended up not using it much. The beach was fantastic (and the weather cooperated nicely), and the water was inviting, and we often saw dolphins and many fish swimming near us. Dan made the rental process very simple, and we didn't have any problems that required immediate attention during our stay. Overall we had a great time and I expect that we will try to stay there again the next time we visit Daytona Beach.

Nice and roomy

My spouse and my mother in law stayed on his place, and the place were really nice and very spacious for the 3 of us. Has a really nice view from the river at the back 2 bedrooms and ocean at the master bedroom. Location is very quiet and more private which we like. This place will be good for a whole family to stay with. Dan is very quick to respond which is really great. We had a little issue when we arrived but that is something the owner can't control but been addressed. We will definitely surely comeback again in this place.

When we saw the view from the Balcony and fell in love with the condo. At some point when we retire, we hope to spend half the year there. We have a little condo-tel in Daytona and have been coming to the area for more than 20 years.

There may be a few higher end condos on the beach, but Sanibel was one of the last ones build. It is well constructed and the amenities are top notch. Most other high end condos only allow for a month minimum rentals, ours are a week minimum.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The building right at the edge of the no drive beach, so you can choose to go 50 feet south and not be near the traffic and enjoy the Wolds Most Famous Beach or you can bring your car on the beach and enjoy it that way. It's a great spot for children since the no drive beach is right there so you don't have worry about them and traffic.
