Welcome to the beautiful North Georgia mountains of Mineral Bluff, just outside of Blue Ridge, GA and to the luxury cabin, the Riverview Lodge on the Toccoa River! This newly remodeled home is new to VRBO!

With 6 bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms, there is space for everyone to come together AND to have privacy in the many spaces available in this spacious lodge. A soaring two-story fireplace greets you in the Great Room on the main floor. This open concept living room with an open kitchen that is chef worthy with a Viking range, breakfast table and formal dining room make it easy for gathering together for meals. The main floor also has the beautiful Master Bedroom Suite with a king size bed, romantic gas fireplace, walk-in steam shower as well as a full bath with a jetted tub. The spacious pantry, laundry room and half bath are on this level, as well. Incredible river views are visible from many rooms of the lodge including the screened-in back porch area on this level as well as a very spacious additional covered porch with an outdoor gas fireplace and comfortable outdoor furniture for the all important morning coffee spot!

The huge loft area above is home to another seating area as well as a poker/game table for family game night! There are three bedrooms on this level; one with an en suite and two with access to the full hall bathroom. There is a desk area in the loft for all of the "Still got things to get done" set!

The lower level is a roomy second living area with a 65" TV, a huge stone gas fireplace, pool table, air hockey table, a spacious kitchenette with a microwave for popcorn, beverage fridge and a Keurig! On this level, there are two additional bedrooms. The “River Room” has a king size bed, a queen bed AND one twin bed overhead in one room with a connecting full bath. The second room is a bunk room with twin over full bunk beds. The back porch on this level is roomy and has a 6-person hot tub and outdoor dining area!

And if ALL of that wasn’t enough, this lodge boasts a fabulous outdoor PRIVATE Pool down by the riverside with an inground pool, poolside loungers and dining furniture, a full bathroom, a wood burning outdoor stone fireplace, a gazebo with another kitchen and bar area for those cool evenings you want to do Smores with the fam! Or cook your fresh catch while the kids swim!

You can access the Toccoa River here for fishing, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, swimming or a bit of star gazing from the peaceful riverbank.

And of course, close proximity to historic downtown Blue Ridge with restaurants, antique and boutique shopping, coffee shops, train rides, drive-in theaters and more is just a quick 15-minute drive!
The surrounding N GA area is home to so many things to do! Ellijay is a 35-minute drive, McCaysville is 20 minutes, many wineries, waterfall hikes, Lake Blue Ridge fun, Carters Lake pontoon boat rentals, rivers, parks, horseback riding, white water rafting, trout fishing....... it just goes on and on!!!
We are pleased to supply a starter welcome package including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of kitchen paper towels, 3 garbage bags for the kitchen, 3 dishwasher pods, 3 laundry pods. One set of complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap per bathroom are furnished, as well!

PLEASE NOTE: The access road coming in to the neighborhood is a well-maintained gravel road. It does NOT require a four-wheel drive vehicle however, as there are no steep climbs or descents to the home.

BEDROOM AND BATH LAYOUT:
Main level has the Master bedroom with a King size en suite. There is a half bath on this level.
Upper level has three bedrooms. A queen en suite, and a king bedroom and a queen bedroom that share a hall bath.
Lower level has a Bunk bed room (twin over full), and a large room with a King bed, a queen bed and a twin Bunk overhead. This room connects to the lower full bath.
There is a full bath out at the pool/gazebo area.
