We are a family of 4 with two teenage girls. This place was PERFECT! A separate bedroom for parents and each kid had their own bed. A/C worked great. Ample beach supplies. 10 minute walk to the beach. We did pay for in and out parking when we arrived and it was well worth 94 for two nights. Host was responsive. I would definitely return!
We loved the location and ease of our place! The host was so communicative.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Honolulu with a great view. It's the perfect base for exploring the city and Waikiki Beach is just a short walk away. The kitchen has everything you need to cook dinner. We felt very safe thanks to the security. And Josh is very helpful.

Great central location close to everything including the bus. Beautiful views. Comfortably hosted our adult family of five. Has beach towels, chairs, cooler bag, umbrella and boogie boards ready for the beach. The pool deck with BBQ and tables to eat at. Joshua was a wonderful host. Nelson picked us up with the limo at the airport. Highly recommend this location. Great car rental downstairs for the day trips to explore the rest of the island. The car rental even held our luggage while we explored before heading home on our red eye flight! We look forward to coming back to this location. Thank you Joshua!
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment with stunning 31st floor views and great amenities (pool, hottub, and grill area weee all amazing). The apartment itself is well laid-out, and was able to easily squeeze our family of six - we loved that we could all fit on the balcony to play a game! Perhaps the biggest standout for this stay though was our host - Joshua was SO responsive and accommodating. It has been a long time since I’ve had a host this helpful. It felt like he was truly invested in us having a great and easy vacation. Do not hesitate to book!

Joshua is a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. The location is great, with views of the canal and Waikiki beach from the oversized corner Lanai with super comfy furniture. We spent so much time on the Lanai! It was only a few minutes walk to the beach, shopping and great food/drinks. The building is a bit dated, but has all the amenities needed and the unit itself is lovely. Joshua had the unit stocked with so many extras (coffee, creamer, snacks, snorkel masks, beach toys, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, water shoes) that made our stay that much more convenient. The living room set up with 2 good size beds made it ideal for our family of 4 with older kids. We managed to find free parking on Ala Moana about half the time and the other half we either parked in a 2 hour spot and moved the car later or just paid the daily parking fee. With in and out privileges, the daily parking made sense on days we were coming and going a lot. We will definitely be back!

I apologize for the delayed response—I’ve been pretty under the weather and am still working my way out of it. This cold/flu season has been especially rough this year.
I’m so glad your group was able to take advantage of the free parking along the Ala Wai Canal, along with the occasional metered parking when needed. One of the things that truly sets our place apart is the location—unlike many properties that are farther from the heart of Waikiki and have limited parking, our building sits right across from the Ala Wai with an abundance of free street parking and is less than an 8-minute walk to the center of Waikiki. It’s hard to beat.
When we purchased this condo, wearing my architect’s hat, the first things that stood out to me were the location and the scale of the amenities. Many newer buildings tend to skimp on amenity spaces to reduce construction costs, but while this building is more established, it offers generously sized amenities—a large swimming pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and a spacious open deck with cabana-style seating.
Our goal has always been for guests to feel like this is their own vacation home. That’s why we provide beach accessories and essentials—so you can spend more time enjoying your stay and less time running around buying items you’ll only use for a few days. We take guest recommendations seriously and are always looking for ways to further enhance the experience.

Nicely kept up condo, recently renovated fully stocked. Joshua was very responsive which we appreciated. The condo is walking distance to the beach, restaurants & mall. Overall it was a very relaxing experience, you have to pay for overnight parking but we were told it’s less expensive than other buildings. Fireworks on Friday night where awesome!

Location is great. Free parking nearby as long as you follow the days/times for no parking. Saw a lot of cars getting towed. Pool was nice with lots of seating. Apartment was very clean. Kitchen is small but has everything you need.

Regarding the amenities, the pool and jacuzzi area are actually quite spacious compared to typical buildings in the Waikiki area. That was one of the main reasons I was drawn to this unit when purchasing it. In many of the newer buildings, pools tend to be more decorative than practical and are often much smaller.
As for parking, there’s plenty of free street parking along the Ala Wai Canal, just across from the building. Guests can usually park there day and night, including weekends—just be mindful of the posted street cleaning signs, which indicate a two-hour window once a week when cars need to be moved.
In terms of the kitchen size, it’s true that most apartment buildings in Honolulu offer similarly compact kitchens, which is typical of urban apartment living here. It didn’t raise any concerns for me during the purchase process, as it's quite standard across the board.

Great central location. Well equipped unit with a good useable kitchen close to everything. Had beach towels, beach chairs, enough space for the 4 of us. The pool was nice and not super crowded. Great to relax in the afternoon.

We spent a week here and it was very comfortable with so many extras. Six of us stayed at the apartment, check-in was easy and we settled in for the week. There were 3 beds that worked well for us. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We did reach out to the host and received a quick response to a question. The views are amazing from the balcony and the living room. It is located near everything and a quick walk to the beach. What a great time!
