This condo is tastefully decorated and features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The condo also features a private balcony with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
The BEST things about this unit: CLEAN and modern with a FULL kitchen, FREE parking on property within steps to the lobby (no stairs required), newly remodeled, beautiful city view from the 6th floor, and LOCATION!

Our newly remodeled 675 sq. ft. condo will be your home away from home. Perfect location within walking distance to the Honolulu Convention Center and the shops and beaches on the Waikiki strip.

Recommended for families traveling with children or couples traveling together. The kitchen comes fully equipped.
This unit includes 1 Queen bed in the front room, 2 Full beds in the back room and a full size couch sleeper bed in the living room.

Located inside the Royal Aloha, guests have access to the swimming pool, outside BBQ area, and use of the laundry facilities located on each floor.

Other things to note:
Access to the building is acquired with a FOB. Access to the parking space is with a remote. You will be given an access code to a lockbox which has everything you need to enter the building. The unit is accessed with an electronic combination lock.
Our condo is located in a prime location, just a short walk away from the beach and all the best restaurants and shops in Waikiki. The condo is perfect for a family or couple traveling together.

We were very happy with the condo! It was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen had all of the essential for making a few meals. Plenty of seating, too. We appreciated the snorkeling equipment, the beach towels and beach chairs. The condo was near restaurants, food trucks and stores for any needed items. It was an easy stroll to malls, activities and Waikīkī Beach.

This was a great place to stay. It slept four of us very comfortably. There were some games on the shelf which was fun for the first night we got there. It was a central location, near many of the places we wanted to go to. We also appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided. Checking in and out was easy and the host was really good about sending us information. It was also very nice to have a parking place right there. We would recommend this host to others planning a trip there.

Family stay with little ones

Gina, our host, was very accommodating and responsive. The condo was clean and large enough for all of us. Short walks to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful apartment that is equipped with all of your needs and has a great view of the city. It is in the center of most things, including lots of food options and beaches. Can walk or have a quick drive. We took the boogie boards to the beach... they were a lot of fun! Gas station right next door. Traffic can get a little noisy as the police are close by and its a main street to get to other spots on the island. Gina is great to work with and only a message away!

Super clean, great location!

Our family of five stayed here comfortably for a graduation weekend. It is very clean and well appointed. While we only stayed for the weekend, it would have worked just as well for a longer stay. The building is secure, includes easy to use parking, and is in a great location. Gina, was wonderful and provided all the info we needed for a smooth visit. Thank you!We hope to stay here again! .

The condo is recently renovated. It is very clean and comfortable. The beach was a few blocks away and there are many fun shops and yummy restaurants nearby. Theres a whole corner of food trucks across the street. It was nice having beach amenities. We cooked in the condo and had everything we needed. There is one washer/dryer on every floor and a laundry mat right next door. Gina sent me great instructions for check in with pictures before we arrived. My only stress was trying to fit the minivan in the parking spot against the wall with another minivan parked next to us. That takes some creative skills. We really enjoyed our vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely choose this spot again! Cozy & convenient, better than many other spots. Check in & check out: very smooth & easy!Communication: Gina was always very timely — giving instructions, responding to messages within minutes. Such a kind host w/ great attention to detail. Interior: newly renovated, very clean beyond expectations, and fully stocked with the necessities (cooking tools, food storage containers, cleaning supplies, plenty of bath & beach towels, even beach equipment). Beds were spacious enough for 5 people. And there was still room on the couch to lay out or hang out. Interior looks better than the exterior, but always felt safe & secure. Entertainment & tech: WiFi worked well & TV had all of the necessary streaming apps. Beach equipment available. Coffee table doubles as a foosball table.Location: very walkable to Waikiki beach area. Right outside is 7-11, food trucks, groceries at Food Pantry, and Sunny’s Local Grind. It is right along Ala Wai, so you will be hearing cars and sirens as expected, but the air conditioners tune out the sounds well.Parking lot: very convenient to have a complimentary parking spot! We rented a car for 2 days. (There are nearby pick up spots if you rent through Turo). The gate is a bit tight, so it may require more maneuvering for longer vehicles. But worked well for our sedan and saw some compact SUVs too.

Graduation vacay!!!

We are a family of 6 and recently booked a week at this property. The property is walking distance to Waikīkī, which made a nice walk back after dinner. It also came with a free parking space which is ideal if you have a car rental. Because parking can be a pain and having to deal with all the one way streets and the dodging of tourists of Waikīkī it’s better to walk. The property was clean!!! With kids, I’m a stickler for cleanliness. Checking in was a breeze. Gina, the host was awesome!!! She was very accommodating and responsive to all our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, quiet end of Waikiki

Comfortable beds and bedding, great shower/bathroom. For Waikiki, it was pretty quiet-much quieter than our former stays mid-beach. Outside appears dated (likely from 1960’s) but interior nicely renovated. Very nice bathroom. Bedrooms tight, but we weren’t there for the inside space! Kitchen well supplied, plenty of towels. Instructions clear for check in and out. Food truck court right around the corner.

Great, clean space!

Enjoyed our stay in this very clean space. Appreciated some beach supplies to get us right out to the beach. Also nice to have a parking spot at our base included. We used the grill by the pool as well which was also clean.

Honolulu Experience

Brief stay upon arrival to Honolulu with our family of 6 adults; our first visit to Hawaii! Wonderful location-walking distance to food trucks, Waikiki beach area, various areas we enjoyed exploring. Excellent place to stay, the parking spot and full kitchen are so handy to have. The area it is located in can get a bit noisy at times but I suspect this is the same through much of Waikiki at peak times. Host was fantastic to deal with, very helpful and accommodating

I was born in Honolulu and grew up all over - living in California, Texas, South Carolina, Missouri, the Philippines, Oregon and Washington. I graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Master's Degree in Social Work. I never got to work using my degree because my mother and I opened a retail beauty store immediately after I graduated college, then opened 3 more. We closed our last store after 35 years on December 31, 2022. I bought my first condo that same year. I bought this 2nd unit in 2023 and with the help of my husband, we finished remodeling in 2024.
Not only is my husband my handyman but he's also a News Reporter/Weekend News Anchor/Weekend Meteorologist on KITV Island News (Paul Drewes).

Waikiki is beautiful with some of the best beaches for boogey boarding and swimming, not to mention views of Diamond Head. Waikiki also has some of the best restaurants in Honolulu (my favorite is Orchid's at The Halekulani), but there are so many restaurants and other places outside of Waikiki to visit as well.

This condo in The Royal Aloha is unique because it's one of the few legal vacation rentals on Oahu that offers 2 bedrooms and has parking. Parking is not easy to find or affordable in Waikiki! Even better, this unit's parking space is on property and within a few steps to the lobby's entrance. There are also no stairs between your car and the elevators.
The location of the building is within walking distance to most anywhere in Waikiki, yet it's at the entrance to Waikiki making it easier to get in and out during parades and festivals that are held throughout the year.
